Απλή και κατανοητή, έδειξε ότι πραγματικά ασχολείται με την περίπτωση του κάθε επισκέπτη και δεν εφαρμόζει απλώς τυποποιημένες προτάσεις ή λύσεις. Ενδιαφέρθηκε επίσης να εξηγήσει τη 'λογική' των διαφόρων στρατηγικών διατροφής.

Ψάχνοντας για μια διατροφολόγο που θα συντροφεύσει στην περίοδο του θηλασμού βρήκα την κυρία Βλασερού. Δεν θα σου πει ναι πάμε να χάσουμε 20 κιλά σε δύο μήνες αλλά θα έμπνευση πραγματικά πως με σωστή διατροφή και όχι δίαιτα θα περάσει αυτή η όμορφη φάση για μια γυναίκα χωρίς έξτρα άγχος!
