Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας και Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών το 2022, ολοκληρώνοντας με επιτυχία τις προπτυχιακές της σπουδές. Κατά τη διάρκεια της πρακτικής της άσκησης στο 251 Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αεροπορίας, απέκτησε πολύτιμες γνώσεις και εμπειρία στην υποστήριξη θρέψης, τον σχεδιασμό

εξατομικευμένων διαιτολογίων, τη διατροφική συμβουλευτική και την αξιολόγηση της θρεπτικής κατάστασης των ασθενών. Συνέχισε τις σπουδές της στο University College London (UCL), όπου απέκτησε μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο στις Διατροφικές Διαταραχές και Κλινική Διατροφή με βαθμό άριστα.
