• What is DO+?

• What is included?

  Live chat with a doctor

  • Chat with a doctor 08:00–22:00, every day, as much as you need, via live chat. A general practitioner will assess your case and, if needed, can guide you to a video call.

  • Through live chat, you can get a diagnosis, prescribe medications or tests, review test results, and receive continuous support from the same doctor, without having to start from scratch each time.

  Exclusive prices on care

  • Specialist visits: typically 20% off with participating providers booked via doctoranytime (such as dermatology, gynaecology, ENT/ORL, endocrinology, and 20+ other specialties).
  • Wellness package: Dental care(free oral check-up + special prices for cleanings/fillings), Physiotherapy (exclusive prices), Nutrition (dietitian video consults at special prices )
  • Instant video consultations: €5 off across 17+ specialties.
  • Mental wellbeing: 20% off follow-up sessions, and a free first consultation to find the right specialist.

• How much does DO+ cost? Are there any additional fees?

  €69/year (limited annual price ends 31 December) or €19/month.

  • Unlimited chat (08:00–22:00) is included.
  • For other services (e.g., discounted specialist visits, dental services, instant video consultations) you pay the DO+ price shown at booking. You'll always see the final price before you confirm.

• Is there a free trial?

  Yes. A 1-day free trial gives full access once per user. If you cancel during the trial, access remains active until the 24 hours are over and you will not be charged at the end.

• How do I cancel and keep access until the end of my subscription?

  You can cancel your subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal in Account → DO+ hub → Manage Package. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current period (e.g., cancel on Aug 20 → access stays until Aug 29).

• Does DO+ auto-renew by default? What if a payment fails?

  Yes, DO+ auto-renews by default. You can turn off auto-renew anytime in Account → DO+ hub → Manage plan.

  If a renewal payment fails, the plan is automatically cancelled and access stops immediately. Update your payment method and re-subscribe at any time.

• Can I speak with the same doctor each time through chat?

  For new questions, we connect you to the first available doctor for the fastest reply. For ongoing issues, you can request a follow-up from your chat thread to continue with the same doctor.

• What happens if I need a prescription through chat?

  According to the Doctoranytime policy, prescriptions cannot be issued through chat for:

  • Chronic treatments that require ongoing monitoring
  • Therapies that require regular physical examination
  • Medications with a risk of addiction

  The final decision to prescribe medication or tests is always up to the doctor's discretion.

• Is remote diagnosis and prescription through telemedicine legally allowed?

  In light of Ministerial Decision No. 7686/2025 (Government Gazette B’ 1083/10.03.2025), titled “Determination of terms, conditions, and procedures for the management of Telemedicine Applications, pursuant to paragraph 3 of article 5 of the Code of Medical Ethics (Law 3418/2005, A’ 287)”, and with specific reference to Articles 3 through 7 thereof, all relevant stakeholders are hereby reminded that medical acts, including the issuance of electronic prescriptions, may now be lawfully conducted remotely through telemedicine platforms.

  It is imperative to underscore that the provision of medical services via authorized digital telemedicine applications does not supplant the value or clinical necessity of in-person medical evaluations. Rather, telemedicine is intended to function as a supplementary and secure channel of bidirectional communication between patients and healthcare professionals, facilitating timely and safe remote assessments where physical presence is not immediately required. Within this framework, the exclusive responsibility for determining the clinical appropriateness of any remotely conducted medical act or diagnosis rests with the attending physician. In the exercise of their professional and scientific discretion, the physician may:

  • Proceed with a remote clinical assessment and issue an electronic prescription, or
  • Refer the patient for additional diagnostic procedures or require their physical examination at a healthcare facility, should such measures be considered necessary.

  The applicable legislative provisions aim to introduce operational flexibility while safeguarding the quality and safety of healthcare services, particularly by enhancing access for individuals in remote, rural, or otherwise underserved areas.

  Concurrently, it is strongly advised that all physicians and users who engage in public discourse or express reservations regarding the newly established legal framework do so with due diligence and full awareness of the applicable regulations. This is essential in order to prevent the dissemination of misinformation and the consequent formation of erroneous public perceptions.

  We collectively bear the responsibility to support all initiatives that contribute to the modernization of healthcare delivery and its adaptation to evolving technological and societal demands. The new legislative framework constitutes a significant advancement in this direction, and its conscientious and informed implementation is a shared obligation.

• Is my personal information secure?

  Yes, we take data privacy and security seriously. All consultations and personal data are encrypted and securely stored in compliance with healthcare regulations.
