You can also submit your review from your personal page under the "My Appointments" section. Reviews remain open for 60 days after your visit, ensuring that only users who booked their appointment through doctoranytime can leave a review. This guarantees transparency and accuracy in the process.

• I have submitted my review form. Why is it not appearing on the doctor/health professional’s profile?

  Reviews are not published automatically. The doctoranytime team reviews them to ensure compliance with the terms of use (Section 4). If clarification is needed, we will contact you via email. Once approved, you will be notified, and your review will appear on the doctor’s profile.

• Does doctoranytime only publish positive reviews?

  No, of course not! We want to hear your voice, no matter what. Our goal is to provide an honest and complete picture of experiences to help others find the right doctor for them. Therefore, all reviews—positive, negative, and neutral—are published.

• Does doctoranytime interfere with reviews?

  Doctoranytime has a dedicated team that carefully reads all reviews. Their sole purpose is to ensure the integrity of the review process while also protecting reviewers from violating terms of use, which could involve breaching legal regulations. These terms can be found in ourTerms of Use (Section 4). For example, comments about the medical practice or scientific approach of a doctor cannot be published. To verify such claims, medical confidentiality would need to be lifted, revealing details that are legally protected for patient safety. Other than ensuring compliance with these legal and ethical standards, we do not interfere with what patients write in their reviews.

• Are there cases where a review might not be published?

  Rest assured that all reviews are published, as long as they comply with our guidelines. Here are some types of comments that are not accepted:

  • Offensive or inappropriate content: Any review containing offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate language will not be published.
  • Personal data: We remove any personal data from reviews to ensure your privacy. That’s why you won’t see names, phone numbers, emails, or other personal details in reviews.
  • Pricing and invoices: You are free to share your opinion on the doctor’s pricing policy or value for money. However, reviews that misrepresent a doctor’s pricing policy will not be published. For example, if you booked an appointment expecting a specific procedure but the doctor determined that an additional or different test was needed, the cost may have changed. What matters is that the appropriate treatment was followed. If you have concerns, you can submit your review or comment, and we will inform the doctor.
  • Invoices: Your right to receive an invoice is protected by law, and you are free to request it from the doctor. Remember, you are not required to pay if an invoice is not issued.
  • Comments on diagnosis or treatment: It’s important to share how you felt about your care experience. However, we cannot publish reviews assessing the accuracy or success of a diagnosis or treatment. Such matters require lifting medical confidentiality and extensive evaluation by other healthcare professionals to determine malpractice. This cannot be addressed within the context of a review.
  • Promotional content: Doctoranytime is a trusted platform for finding the right doctor or health professional, not an advertising medium. Any attempts to promote a doctor through reviews will be rejected.

• Does the doctor/health professional see the reviews?

  Yes. doctoranytime’s review process ensures that doctors and health professionals receive an email notification of your review at the same time as doctoranytime. This allows them to see patient feedback and address any questions or misunderstandings, such as differences in expected and actual appointment costs. Once a review is published, doctors also have the option to respond, while adhering to terms of use and ethical guidelines, which prohibit revealing personal data or violating medical confidentiality.

• Why is the review process so detailed and time-consuming?

  We understand that the process may seem lengthy, but it is designed to ensure that every review is as accurate and objective as possible. We carefully examine each case and, when necessary, reach out to patients and doctors to ensure the most reliable and authentic reviews.

• How can I make my review more helpful for other users?

  Write what you would want to read if you were looking for a doctor.

  • Find a balance—avoid being too brief but also don’t be excessively detailed.

We have designed it from the beginning with this in mind and continuously improve it to gather the most accurate and helpful feedback from appointments, without violating any laws or rules.

User verification is done via their mobile phone, where they receive a unique code during their appointment, and it is confirmed after the appointment by cross-referencing the details with the doctor/health professional. The reason users are verified is to ensure that no malicious activity or violation of the integrity of the review process occurs.
  • On doctoranytime, you might see fewer negative reviews compared to other services, such as travel or food services. This happens because doctoranytime operates in the healthcare sector, an area where the sense of responsibility and the impact that a mistake can leave is significant and serious. Therefore, all healthcare providers are extremely aware and cautious. It is rare for a doctor or health professional to continue practicing while violating rules or laws, whether simple or important. Additionally, doctoranytime ensures to check which doctors/health professionals it collaborates with and promptly terminates partnerships if a doctor/health professional exhibits behavior outside the acceptable limits (e.g., smoking inside the office).
