Pediatricians with experience in Breastfeeding

Η Στάμου Σταυρούλα γεννήθηκε, μεγάλωσε και σπούδασε στην Αθήνα. Μετά την ολοκλήρωση των σπουδών της στο Εθνικό Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών μετέβη στην Γερμανία, όπου κι ειδικεύτηκε στην παιδιατρική. Δούλεψε ως ειδικευόμενη στις παιδιατρικές κλινικές τεσσάρων διαφορετικών νοσοκομείων σε διαφορετικές πόλεις του κρατιδίου της Ρηνανίας Βεστφαλίας (Universitätsklinikum Essen, Helios Klinikum Wuppertal, AMEOS Klinik Oberhausen Sterkrade, Helios Klinikum Duisburg) αποκτώντας γνώση και εμπειρία σε όλους τους τομείς της παιδιατρικής και κυρίως στη νεογνολογία και τη διενέργεια υπερήχων. Στη διάρκεια της ειδικότητάς της στο Helios Klinikum Duisburg, κέντρο αναφοράς παιδιών με σύνδρομο Williams Beuren ξεκίνησε το διδακτορικό της με θέμα «Η χορήγηση αναισθησίας στα παιδιά με σύνδρομο Williams Beuren: παράγοντες κινδύνου κι επιπλοκές». Το 2018 απέκτησε τον τίτλο της ειδικότητας της παιδιατρικής. Συνέχισε να εργάζεται στο Helios Klinikum Duisburg ως επιμελήτρια (Funktionsoberärztin) έως και το 2020. Στη συνέχεια εργάστηκε σε μεγάλο παιδιατρείο στο Düsseldorf αποκτώντας έτσι εμπειρία στις διαφορετικές απαιτήσεις της εργασίας του ιατρού της κοινότητας. Στην διάρκεια της επαγγελματικής της πορείας έλαβε μέρος σε πολλά μετεκπαιδευτικά σεμινάρια (επείγουσα παιδιατρική, διενέργεια υπερήχων, αξιολόγηση ηλεκτροεγκεφαλογραφημάτων, διασωλήνωση και αερισμός παιδιών και νεογνών, μητρικός θηλασμός, ιατρική διατροφής παιδιών και νεογνών) αλλά και συνέδρια παιδιατρικής κι εφηβιατρικής. Έχει υπάρξει υπεύθυνη προσαρμογής ειδικευομένων στην κλινική κι εκπρόσωπός τους. Έχει διεξάγει μαθήματα για τους εκπαιδευόμενους νοσηλευτές και παρουσιάσεις για τους παιδιάτρους. Το φθινόπωρο του 2021 επέστρεψε στην Ελλάδα. Διατηρεί ιατρείο στο Μαρούσι Αττικής κι είναι συνεργάτης της παιδιατρικής κλινικής του νοσοκομείου ΜΗΤΕΡΑ και συνεργάτης των πολυϊατρείων Medifirst. Έχει διατελέσει υπεύθυνη παιδίατρος των βρεφονηπιακών σταθμών στο Ζωγράφου. Είναι παντρεμένη και μητέρα δύο παιδιών. Είναι μέλος του Ιατρικού Συλλόγου Αθηνών όπως και του Ιατρικού Συλλόγου Βόρειας Ρηνανίας και Βηστφαλίας (Ärztekammer Nordrhein). Είναι μέλος της Γερμανικής Εταιρείας Παιδιατρικής και Εφηβικής Ιατρικής (DGKJ), της Γερμανικής Εταιρείας Νεογνολογίας και Παιδιατρικής Εντατικής Θεραπείας (GNPI) και της Επαγγελματικής Ένωσης Παιδιάτρων και Εφήβων Γερμανίας (BVKJ). Επίσης, είναι μέλος του Συλλόγου Ιδιωτών Ιατρών Βόρειας Ρηνανίας (KV Nordrhein).

Georgiou Kleanthi is a Pediatrician - Neonatologist with a private practice in Aigaleo. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds Advanced Paediatric Life Support and Neonatal Life Support certifications. She specialized in Neonatology at the 2nd Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the General Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia," and she continues to serve as a Consultant in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at IASO Hospital. She has extensive experience in pediatric intensive care and breastfeeding support. She completed her specialization at the 2nd Pediatric Clinic of the General Children's Hospital of Penteli and the Pediatric Clinic of the General Hospital of Volos. Additionally, she has worked as a Laboratory Results Physician at Biomedical Ambelokipi and at the General Clinic of Western Attica "Vougiouklakeio" in Aigaleo. Furthermore, she has served as a Physician - Coordinator at the Athens Polyclinic "Doctors Without Borders" and is a member of the Athens Medical Association.

Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She specialized in nutritional intervention with a psycho-educational approach and in modifying dietary behavior in adults living with obesity. In 2017, she obtained the Adult Educator Educational Adequacy title from EOPPEP. Furthermore, she continues her postgraduate education in the field of Clinical Nutrition through the lifelong learning program of ESPEN "Life Long Learning Programme on Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism" and possesses extensive experience in clinical cases.

She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. She worked on the Endorse program collaborating with families of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Currently, she follows several families of children with obesity and diabetes mellitus.

Dimitrios Tzirarkas is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. He has 27 years of professional experience and has handled thousands of cases. He is a graduate of the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition of the Thessaloniki Higher Technological Educational Institute. He specialized in Clinical Nutrition at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" in Voula, acquiring valuable knowledge with greater emphasis on Diabetes cases. In the past, he served as Head Dietitian at Weight Loss and Aesthetic Centers and worked at Avgirinopoulou IEK as an instructor in the field of Nutrition. He is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists (HADN) and regularly attends specialized seminars and conferences in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Xantzaridis Petros is a Military Dietitian - Nutritionist, founder and Director of the Clinical Diet dietetic office in Agia Paraskevi. He was admitted to the Veterinary Medicine Department of the Military School of Officers Corps (SSAS) in Thessaloniki and was commissioned as an Officer of the Hellenic Army in 1996, having been honored with scholarships and commendations from the State Scholarships Foundation (I.K.Y.). In 2000, he was admitted to the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics of the School of Food Technology & Nutrition at ATEI Thessaloniki and graduated in 2003, again receiving scholarships from I.K.Y. In 2009, he was selected by the Health Directorate of the General Staff of the Army as a recipient of an honorary educational scholarship in the field of Dietetics. The prestigious New York University in the United States selected him among numerous candidates from around the world and accepted him into the Graduate Program of Clinical Nutrition, from which he graduated in 2010 with a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition, receiving favorable reviews from leading international Nutrition professors. Since 2005, he has served for several years as Director of the Dietetic Department of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens. His daily management of clinical cases at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, his extensive experience, and the breadth of his studies allow him to have a comprehensive understanding of the food chain, nutritional risks, and their proper management both preventively and in clinical settings. Finally, upon requests from Harokopio University of Athens and the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete, he has undertaken the training of many final-year students as part of their practical training.

Zaxarodimos Nikolaos is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, a doctoral candidate at the Laboratory of Dietetics and Quality of Life of the Agricultural University of Athens, and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. He graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and holds a master's degree in "Molecular and Applied Physiology" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a research specialization in Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. Pothoulaki Eleni is a Pediatrician who has maintained a practice for 15 years in the center of Athens. She completed her studies at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Roussaki Eirini is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Ilioupoli. The pediatrician maintains electronic medical records and her philosophy centers on holistic care, love, and respect for the child and family, with emphasis on prevention and support of breastfeeding. Finally, she participates in numerous conferences in Greece and abroad as part of her ongoing professional development.

Karinou Katerina MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and operates her private practice in Argyroupoli. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens, has completed a postgraduate program (MSc) at the Medical School of Athens, and has attended numerous continuing education seminars. She collaborates with the Gymnastics Stars gyms of Lefteris Petrounias and Vasiliki Millousi, and has previously worked with the Holmes Place and Curves Glyfada gyms. Additionally, she has served as a Dietitian at FIGURA CLINICA and completed her internship at the General Hospital of Aglaia Kyriakou as well as at the Municipal Nursery of Argyroupoli. Furthermore, she completed her postgraduate internship at the outpatient clinics of the General Children’s Hospital “Agia Sofia” as a Dietitian in the Clinic for the Management of Excess Body Weight.

Georgios Kaniouras is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Gkyzis. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Padua and a postgraduate degree in "Pediatric Nutrition" from Boston University School of Medicine. He completed his specialty training in Pediatrics at the 3rd Pediatric Clinic of the University Hospital "Attikon," while also undertaking training at major hospitals in Greece and Italy. Currently, he specializes in Neonatology and Breastfeeding. Additionally, he is a scientific collaborator of the Medical Diagnostic Center "Iatrokosmos" in the Pediatric Department. Artemis Kyrka, MSc., RD., is a registered Dietitian and founder of the online clinic WellPlate. She offers modern online dietetic services to patients of all ages, with the primary goal of changing their dietary behaviours and improving their relationship with food.
