Kolyviras - Tzivaniotis Stelios MMedSci is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Glyfada. He is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition Science and Dietetics at the Hellenic Mediterranean University of Crete and holds postgraduate degrees from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Pathology of Pregnancy and in Environmental Issues Management with Health Impacts. He completed his internship and worked as a Clinical Dietitian Nutritionist at IASO General Clinic. He has served as a Scientific collaborator in clinics and private medical offices, catering companies, and sports clubs as the responsible Dietitian Nutritionist. He participates in and attends seminars and conferences as part of continuous education and updating, considering it every professional's duty to stay continuously educated and informed on the latest developments in their field. Finally, he takes part in association lectures and writes articles for a range of scientific journals and websites.

Dimitrios Tzirarkas is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. He has 27 years of professional experience and has handled thousands of cases. He is a graduate of the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition of the Thessaloniki Higher Technological Educational Institute. He specialized in Clinical Nutrition at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" in Voula, acquiring valuable knowledge with greater emphasis on Diabetes cases. In the past, he served as Head Dietitian at Weight Loss and Aesthetic Centers and worked at Avgirinopoulou IEK as an instructor in the field of Nutrition. He is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists (HADN) and regularly attends specialized seminars and conferences in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Recently, he successfully completed the University of Thessaly's educational program entitled "Nutrition and Mental Health," obtaining specialization (master practitioner) in cases of Eating Disorders (Bulimia, Anorexia Nervosa, Night Eating Syndrome).

Karinou Katerina MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and operates her private practice in Argyroupoli. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens, has completed a postgraduate program (MSc) at the Medical School of Athens, and has attended numerous continuing education seminars. She collaborates with the Gymnastics Stars gyms of Lefteris Petrounias and Vasiliki Millousi, and has previously worked with the Holmes Place and Curves Glyfada gyms. Additionally, she has served as a Dietitian at FIGURA CLINICA and completed her internship at the General Hospital of Aglaia Kyriakou as well as at the Municipal Nursery of Argyroupoli. Furthermore, she completed her postgraduate internship at the outpatient clinics of the General Children’s Hospital “Agia Sofia” as a Dietitian in the Clinic for the Management of Excess Body Weight.

Ektor Kappatos-Koutroumpas is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, and his office “Healthier with Ektor” is located in the Mavili Square area. He holds a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen (Medical School), is a holder of the European Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), the leading European clinical nutrition qualification, has been trained in the Low-FODMAP diet for managing irritable bowel syndrome symptoms by Life Academy, and in Eating Disorders through the training program of KEADD (Hellenic Center for Education and Management of Eating Disorders), under the auspices of the British Psychological Society. He also holds a certification in the program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) titled "Stress Management and Health." He collaborates with psychologist - child psychologist Alexandra Kappatou as the head of the Dietetics Department. He has taught the course of Sports Nutrition for 2 years in the postgraduate program at the Scientific College of Greece (SCG) and has experience working in a private dietetic office. Zeinentin Subchia is a Pediatrician and maintains a private practice in Melissia. She was born in Athens and graduated from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly. She completed his compulsory field service at the General Hospital of Chalkida and specialized in pediatrics at the General Hospital of Penteli Children's Hospital. She was trained in Paediatric Dermatology at the Athens Aphrodisiac and Dermatological Diseases Hospital "Andreas Syngros" and in Neonatology at the General Hospital "Elena Venizelos" and at the Neonatal Unit of the General Children's Hospital of Athens "P. & A. Kyriakou". She holds a Master's degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with the title "Clinical Pediatrics and Nursing - Research" and a thesis entitled "Predisposing factors of obesity in children with ADHD and in children without ADHD". She is certified in the use of the Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development, "Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development", at Churchill College, Cambridge and is certified in the use of the PAIS test for early detection of autism. In addition, she holds a Postgraduate Certificate in "Fundamentals of Developmental and Behavioural Pediatrics", from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has participated in numerous pediatric conferences with talks and posters. He has taken part in several voluntary activities, such as blood donations, immunizations of needy children, pediatrician in national examinations of children with special needs. Finally, he is proficient in English, French and Arabic.

Kanellou Paraskeui is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Peristeri. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree from the Nursing Department, specializing in Public Health at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she holds a postgraduate degree in "Clinical Ergospirrometry, Exercise, and Rehabilitation" from the Medical School of the same university. She possesses extensive professional experience and has participated in numerous conferences and seminars. Finally, Ms. Kanellou is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists and the Union of Dietitians - Nutritionists of Greece.

Mpouzios Ilias PhD is a Pediatrician who maintains a private practice in Neo Iraklio. He completed his Doctoral thesis on "Functional gastrointestinal disorders in children and adolescents" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree in "Metabolic bone diseases" from the same university. He serves as an Attending Physician in the pediatric clinic of "Mitera" Hospital. He specialized in Pediatrics at the Pediatric Clinic of York Hospital in the United Kingdom, as well as the First Pediatric Clinic of the University of Athens, at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. Additionally, he has attended numerous educational seminars both in Greece and abroad, and is fluent in English and Italian.

Dr. Sofia Genitsaridi is a pediatrician with a private practice based in Glyfada, Athens. She graduated from the School of Medicine of the University of Patras.

She completed part of her pediatric residency with a specialization in Neonatology at the University Neonatal Clinic of Aretaieio Hospital, where she received training in neonatal resuscitation, early neonatal care, and the establishment of breastfeeding immediately after birth.

She obtained her PhD from the School of Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, graduating with honors (“Excellent”). Her doctoral dissertation focused on the effectiveness of a personalized model of nutrition, physical activity, and psychological intervention for the prevention and management of childhood and adolescent obesity and overweight. The research was conducted at the Weight Management Center of the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of “Aghia Sophia” Children's Hospital.

Dr. Genitsaridi also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in General Pediatrics – Clinical Practice and Research, from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, which she completed with distinction.

She worked as a scientific associate at the University Pediatric Clinic in Mainz, Germany, gaining valuable international clinical experience. Upon returning to Greece, she completed her pediatric specialization at the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of “Aghia Sophia” Children's Hospital, where she was trained in diagnosing and managing a wide range of common and rare pediatric conditions. She successfully passed the national board certification exams in Pediatrics.

Currently, Dr. Genitsaridi works as a Scientific Associate at the Pediatric Obesity Center, part of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st University Pediatric Clinic at “Aghia Sophia” Hospital, and serves as an Attending Pediatrician at the Athens Euroclinic for Children.

She has actively participated in numerous national and international pediatric congresses as both an attendee and invited speaker. Her academic portfolio includes multiple publications in peer-reviewed international medical journals. Dr. Genitsaridi is also certified in Neonatal Life Support (NLS) and has received extensive training in breastfeeding support through various specialized seminars.
