Ektor Kappatos-Koutroumpas is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, and his office “Healthier with Ektor” is located in the Mavili Square area. He holds a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen (Medical School), is a holder of the European Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), the leading European clinical nutrition qualification, has been trained in the Low-FODMAP diet for managing irritable bowel syndrome symptoms by Life Academy, and in Eating Disorders through the training program of KEADD (Hellenic Center for Education and Management of Eating Disorders), under the auspices of the British Psychological Society. Kanellou Paraskeui is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Peristeri. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree from the Nursing Department, specializing in Public Health at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she holds a postgraduate degree in "Clinical Ergospirrometry, Exercise, and Rehabilitation" from the Medical School of the same university. She possesses extensive professional experience and has participated in numerous conferences and seminars. Pagourtzi Euanthia MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and the scientific director of the licensed dietetic office "Nutritional Intelligence" in the Aigaleo area since 2011. She graduated from Harokopio University in 2010, where she continued her studies by completing the postgraduate program "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition" with a specialization in "Nutrition and Exercise," in which she was awarded twice for academic excellence. Additionally, she holds a diploma from the educational program "Evidence-Based Medical Nutrition" of AUTH. She has specialized in eating disorders and adult obesity through KEADD and has completed the training cycle "Lifestyle and Cardiovascular Disease" within the framework of the ELIDEK project. Siatitsa Evita MSc is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and runs the private practice Nutriζην in Thessaloniki. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition of Harokopio University of Athens and completed a two-year postgraduate specialization in Clinical Dietetics at the same University. In addition to her private practice, she has been a contributor to the Mednutrition online portal for the past 3 years. Previously, she served as a Sports Nutrition Consultant for the Melissia Basketball Athletic Club and was a Scientific Collaborator for many years in European research projects at Harokopio University of Athens. Konstantelos Dimitrios is a Pediatrician-Neonatologist and operates his private practice in Glyfada. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Dresden (TU Dresden). He specialized in Pediatrics and Neonatology at the Pediatric Clinic of the "Carl Gustav Carus" University, Dresden, Germany. His recognized scientific expertise is also demonstrated by the fact that in 2015 he was awarded the 2nd National Patient Safety Award by the German Ministry of Health for his research program titled: “Videomonitoring of the delivery room management of preterm newborns.” He is a member of the European Scientific Collaboration on Neonatal Resuscitation and has served as Head of the Neonatology Department at the Pediatric Clinic of the "Carl Gustav Carus" University in Dresden and as Pediatric Consultant at the Pediatric Clinic of the same university. In his private practice, he manages a wide range of cases, combining his scientific knowledge with experience and professionalism.

Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She specialized in nutritional intervention with a psycho-educational approach and in modifying dietary behavior in adults living with obesity. In 2017, she obtained the Adult Educator Educational Adequacy title from EOPPEP. Furthermore, she continues her postgraduate education in the field of Clinical Nutrition through the lifelong learning program of ESPEN "Life Long Learning Programme on Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism" and possesses extensive experience in clinical cases.

She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. She worked on the Endorse program collaborating with families of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Currently, she follows several families of children with obesity and diabetes mellitus.

Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. In this way, long-term maintenance of results can be achieved, allowing the individual to enjoy a healthy weight and an improved lifestyle.

Iordanidou Katerina is a Pediatrician in Thessaloniki. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Thessaly and obtained her Pediatric specialization title in September 2019 following examinations. She began her specialty in the Pediatric Clinic of the General Hospital of Kavala and subsequently moved to the United Kingdom. She initially trained in the Neonatal Unit at Barnet Hospital in London and later at Evelina London Children’s Hospital, where she acquired extensive experience in general pediatrics, pediatric cardiology, and the emergency department. She received further training in pediatric endocrinology at the Royal London Hospital, working as a Senior Endocrine Fellow. She also worked as a Senior Registrar at Barnet Hospital and Royal Free Hospital, covering the Pediatric Department and the Neonatal Unit. Since 2013, she has been a certified ERC instructor in Neonatal Life Support (NLS Instructor). Since January 2023, she has maintained a private practice with modern equipment in the center of Thessaloniki, in a space designed to meet the needs of both children and mothers, including a breastfeeding area. With responsibility and scientific expertise, she undertakes the care of children from the neonatal period through adolescence.

Pediatrician Makris Antonis has maintained a private practice in the Papagou - Cholargos area since 2005 and possesses 20 years of experience in primary and hospital pediatrics. Additionally, she collaborated for several years with various sports facilities and gyms, providing nutritional support and guidance to many athletes. She has extensive experience in the support of cases with eating disorders, regulation of body weight and metabolism, as well as clinical cases. She provides personalized nutrition services based on the needs and habits of her clients. Her goal is to educate and consequently promote the adoption of new, healthy eating habits by her clients, always placing particular emphasis on psychological support and empowerment through counseling. Dr. Pantelaros Vasileios is a Pediatrician who maintains a private practice in Vyronas. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized at the First University Clinic of the University of Athens at the General Children's Hospital of Athens "Agia Sofia".
