Artemis Kyrka, MSc., RD., is a registered Dietitian and founder of the online clinic WellPlate. She offers modern online dietetic services to patients of all ages, with the primary goal of changing their dietary behaviours and improving their relationship with food.

Dr. Pantelaros Vasileios is a Pediatrician who maintains a private practice in Vyronas. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized at the First University Clinic of the University of Athens at the General Children's Hospital of Athens "Agia Sofia". Additionally, Dr. Pantelaros is a Scientific Collaborator of the Bioiatriki Group and the Municipality of Athens. In his private practice, he offers a wide range of services, respecting the individual needs of each child.

Papadopoulou Eleni is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private dietary practice in Evosmos, Thessaloniki. She holds a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. As part of her ongoing professional development, she has actively participated in seminars and conferences on dietetics, nutrition, and aesthetics. In her private practice, she provides personalized nutrition programs for the prevention and management of obesity, childhood obesity, as well as sports nutrition programs and nutrition for pregnancy and breastfeeding. She also conducts intolerance tests, metabolism measurement, and body composition analysis. Finally, Ms. Papadopoulou is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists.

Η Δανά Κρινιώ είναι Ειδικός Παιδίατρος με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στον Λαγκαδά. Αποφοίτησε από τη Σχολή Θετικών Επιστημών - Τμήμα Βιολογίας του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης, με εξειδίκευση στη Γενετική - Μοριακή Βιολογία, ενώ πραγματοποίησε μετεκπαίδευση στο Université Rennes 1 της Γαλλίας, εμβαθύνοντας σε εξειδικευμένα ιατρικά πεδία. Sarra Katerina is a Pediatrician and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She completed her studies at the Medical School as well as the Dental School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and her doctoral thesis at the First Pediatric Clinic of the University of Athens, where she also specialized in Pediatrics. Zaxarodimos Nikolaos is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, a doctoral candidate at the Laboratory of Dietetics and Quality of Life of the Agricultural University of Athens, and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. He graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and holds a master's degree in "Molecular and Applied Physiology" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a research specialization in Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. Simultaneously, he collaborates with medical clinics, hospitals, and fitness centers, offering personalized nutrition programs and body composition analyses. His professional experience includes salaried practice at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," participation in research projects and scholarships within the framework of the "Research – Create – Innovate" initiatives, and active involvement with publications in international journals and conferences both in Greece and abroad. He also has experience as a lecturer and trainer for students, as well as extensive volunteer work in nutritional education activities. Furthermore, the specialist is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists and ACSM Exercise is Medicine Greece. Finally, at his dietetic office in Agia Paraskevi, he provides nutritional guidance for conditions such as diabetes, obesity, autoimmune diseases, irritable bowel syndrome, and muscle strengthening.

Trophee Mourati Eirini MSc is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, founder of the dietary unit “Trophee” in Kolonaki. She graduated from Harokopio University of Athens, where she also completed her postgraduate studies in Applied Dietetics and Nutrition with a specialization in Clinical Nutrition. Her professional focus is on addressing obesity using sustainable, realistic, and easily maintainable methods. Additionally, she has worked with a wide range of clinical cases as the chief dietitian at a group of diagnostic centers, and previously served as the head dietitian for a large gym chain.

Dr. Sofia Genitsaridi is a pediatrician with a private practice based in Glyfada, Athens. She graduated from the School of Medicine of the University of Patras.

She completed part of her pediatric residency with a specialization in Neonatology at the University Neonatal Clinic of Aretaieio Hospital, where she received training in neonatal resuscitation, early neonatal care, and the establishment of breastfeeding immediately after birth.

She obtained her PhD from the School of Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, graduating with honors (“Excellent”). Her doctoral dissertation focused on the effectiveness of a personalized model of nutrition, physical activity, and psychological intervention for the prevention and management of childhood and adolescent obesity and overweight. The research was conducted at the Weight Management Center of the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of “Aghia Sophia” Children's Hospital.

Dr. Genitsaridi also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in General Pediatrics – Clinical Practice and Research, from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, which she completed with distinction.

She worked as a scientific associate at the University Pediatric Clinic in Mainz, Germany, gaining valuable international clinical experience. Upon returning to Greece, she completed her pediatric specialization at the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of “Aghia Sophia” Children's Hospital, where she was trained in diagnosing and managing a wide range of common and rare pediatric conditions. She successfully passed the national board certification exams in Pediatrics.

Currently, Dr. Genitsaridi works as a Scientific Associate at the Pediatric Obesity Center, part of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st University Pediatric Clinic at “Aghia Sophia” Hospital, and serves as an Attending Pediatrician at the Athens Euroclinic for Children.

She has actively participated in numerous national and international pediatric congresses as both an attendee and invited speaker. Her academic portfolio includes multiple publications in peer-reviewed international medical journals. Dr. Genitsaridi is also certified in Neonatal Life Support (NLS) and has received extensive training in breastfeeding support through various specialized seminars.

Panagiotopoulou Tzortzina MSc, IBCLC is a Pediatrician - Certified Breastfeeding Consultant IBCLC and maintains a private practice in Cholargos. She graduated in 2006 from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (N.K.U.A.) and continued her postgraduate training at the same university, specializing in clinical Pediatrics and Nursing Research, which she completed in 2017. In the same year, she obtained the Pediatric specialty title after specializing at the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Children's Hospital of Athens "Agia Sofia". Subsequently, she received two certifications in pediatric nutrition through distance learning at Ludwig-Maximilians University (Germany) and Boston University (USA). Since 2021, after successful examinations approved by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies of the USA (NCCA), she has received the Global IBCLC Certification as a Breastfeeding Consultant, whereby, with her knowledge and experience in breastfeeding-related issues (e.g., breastfeeding difficulties, prematurity, multiple pregnancies), she actively supports mothers in this purpose. Regarding her professional experience, the doctor has worked for 5 years at the Alexandra Health Center as a Registrar B, with experience in managing emergency pediatric cases as well as Covid-19 morbidity cases in children. Additionally, she has worked at the Global Brigades Polyclinic, providing primary healthcare services to socially vulnerable groups. Louraki Mara MD, PhD, IBCLC is a Pediatrician, Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She maintains a private practice in Paiania. Concurrently, she works as a scientific associate at the Diabetes Clinic of the 2nd University Pediatric Clinic of the General Children’s Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou" and as a consultant pediatrician at "Euroclinic Children’s Hospital." She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her pediatric specialization took place at the Children's Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou," the General Hospital "Asklipieio Voulas," and the Neonatal Unit of the General Hospital - Maternity "Elena Venizelou." She has particular expertise in pediatric endocrinology and diabetes mellitus, having worked as a scientific associate in the Endocrinology Department of the Children's Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou" and in the Diabetes Clinics of the 1st and 2nd University Pediatric Clinics (at the Children's Hospitals "Agia Sofia" and "P. & A. She has presented scientific papers at both Greek and international conferences, and her authorship includes publications in Greek and international journals.

Ektor Kappatos-Koutroumpas is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, and his office “Healthier with Ektor” is located in the Mavili Square area. He holds a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen (Medical School), is a holder of the European Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), the leading European clinical nutrition qualification, has been trained in the Low-FODMAP diet for managing irritable bowel syndrome symptoms by Life Academy, and in Eating Disorders through the training program of KEADD (Hellenic Center for Education and Management of Eating Disorders), under the auspices of the British Psychological Society. He also holds a certification in the program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) titled "Stress Management and Health." He collaborates with psychologist - child psychologist Alexandra Kappatou as the head of the Dietetics Department. He has taught the course of Sports Nutrition for 2 years in the postgraduate program at the Scientific College of Greece (SCG) and has experience working in a private dietetic office. Keydiet - Katerina Vamvouka and Associates are based in Chalandri. Katerina Vamvouka is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of Harokopio University and holder of a postgraduate degree in Public Health and Health Services Administration from the Medical School of the University of Crete. Since 2006, she has maintained a private dietetic office in Chalandri, while in the early years of her career, she served as the scientific head of the dietetic unit at the private hospital "Hygeia" and later at the rehabilitation and recovery center "Filoktitis," gaining extensive experience in predominantly clinical cases with specific nutritional needs. She holds a Bachelor's degree (BSc) and a Doctorate (PhD) from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University, as well as a Master's degree (MSc) in "Nutrition and Public Health." She possesses significant professional experience and currently serves as an external Scientific Collaborator at Harokopio University on various research projects. Additionally, she has research experience reflected in numerous scientific publications and conference presentations. She specializes in nutritional counseling, obesity, and diabetes mellitus. She manages clinical cases such as irritable bowel syndrome, cardiovascular diseases, nephropathies, hepatopathies, among others. Furthermore, she provides care for children, adolescents, breastfeeding women, and pregnant women, and has professional experience in gestational diabetes. Her approach to weight loss management focuses on modifying dietary habits that have led to excess body weight through nutritional education and patient counseling. The dietary plans she designs are individualized and based on the nutritional needs, preferences, and daily routines of each person.

Η Εύα Καρανίκκη είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας - Διατροφής Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου, από το οποίο αποφοίτησε με υποτροφία. Ασκεί το επάγγελμα από το 2017, διαθέτοντας σημαντική εμπειρία τόσο σε κλινικό όσο και σε ιδιωτικό επίπεδο.

Είναι αριστούχος του μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος ΕΚΠΑ στη Νεοπλασματική Νόσο, ενώ είναι υποψήφια διδάκτωρ στο ίδιο πανεπιστήμιο με αντικείμενο τη θρεπτική υποστήριξη χειρουργικών ασθενών με καρκίνο γαστρεντερικού συστήματος. Παράλληλα, ασχολείται κλινικά και ερευνητικά με την παχυσαρκία και τη βαριατρική χειρουργική.

Έχει πέντε χρόνια εμπειρία ως διαιτολόγος σε Γενικό Νοσοκομείο της Αθήνας, με πλήθος σύνθετων περιστατικών.
