Siatitsa Evita MSc is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and runs the private practice Nutriζην in Thessaloniki. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition of Harokopio University of Athens and completed a two-year postgraduate specialization in Clinical Dietetics at the same University. In addition to her private practice, she has been a contributor to the Mednutrition online portal for the past 3 years. Previously, she served as a Sports Nutrition Consultant for the Melissia Basketball Athletic Club and was a Scientific Collaborator for many years in European research projects at Harokopio University of Athens. Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She specialized in nutritional intervention with a psycho-educational approach and in modifying dietary behavior in adults living with obesity. In 2017, she obtained the Adult Educator Educational Adequacy title from EOPPEP. Furthermore, she continues her postgraduate education in the field of Clinical Nutrition through the lifelong learning program of ESPEN "Life Long Learning Programme on Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism" and possesses extensive experience in clinical cases.

She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. She worked on the Endorse program collaborating with families of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Currently, she follows several families of children with obesity and diabetes mellitus.

Mixalopoulos Xaralampos is a Pediatrician and maintains a private medical practice in Keratsini. He holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in pediatrics at the General State Hospital of Nikaia - Piraeus "Agios Panteleimon". Additionally, he completed a postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics - Clinical Nutrition at Harokopio University of Athens. Artemis Kyrka, MSc., RD., is a registered Dietitian and founder of the online clinic WellPlate. She offers modern online dietetic services to patients of all ages, with the primary goal of changing their dietary behaviours and improving their relationship with food.

Vassi Paraskeui is a Dietitian - Nutritionist. She studied in the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at the Thessaloniki TEI, where she graduated with honors. She specializes in clinical cases (irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, diabetes mellitus, cholesterol, thyroid disorders, etc.), obesity, pregnancy, and sports nutrition. She completed her internship in the Clinical Nutrition Department at the Thessaloniki TEI. Subsequently, she participated in the research program "Alliance for Health," focusing on interventional nutrition programs for degenerative diseases (obesity, cardiovascular problems, hypertension, diabetes mellitus). From 2017 to the present, she has been collaborating with the largest gym chain in Thessaloniki, managing individualized nutrition programs tailored for adults, adolescents, and children. She has experience working with the Prolepsis Institute, through which she conducted numerous lectures at primary schools in the Thessaloniki region. Additionally, she has attended numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops related to the science of nutrition and health in general. Georgios Kaniouras is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Gkyzis. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Padua and a postgraduate degree in "Pediatric Nutrition" from Boston University School of Medicine. He completed his specialty training in Pediatrics at the 3rd Pediatric Clinic of the University Hospital "Attikon," while also undertaking training at major hospitals in Greece and Italy. Currently, he specializes in Neonatology and Breastfeeding. Additionally, he is a scientific collaborator of the Medical Diagnostic Center "Iatrokosmos" in the Pediatric Department. During his career, he has also collaborated with the Red Cross, the pediatric dermatology clinic of the Dermatology and Venereology Hospital of Athens "Andreas Syggros," the Smile of the Child organization, as well as summer programs for children's sports activities. Kolyviras - Tzivaniotis Stelios MMedSci is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Glyfada. He is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition Science and Dietetics at the Hellenic Mediterranean University of Crete and holds postgraduate degrees from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Pathology of Pregnancy and in Environmental Issues Management with Health Impacts. He completed his internship and worked as a Clinical Dietitian Nutritionist at IASO General Clinic. He has served as a Scientific collaborator in clinics and private medical offices, catering companies, and sports clubs as the responsible Dietitian Nutritionist. Iordanidou Katerina is a Pediatrician in Thessaloniki. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Thessaly and obtained her Pediatric specialization title in September 2019 following examinations. She began her specialty in the Pediatric Clinic of the General Hospital of Kavala and subsequently moved to the United Kingdom. She initially trained in the Neonatal Unit at Barnet Hospital in London and later at Evelina London Children’s Hospital, where she acquired extensive experience in general pediatrics, pediatric cardiology, and the emergency department. She received further training in pediatric endocrinology at the Royal London Hospital, working as a Senior Endocrine Fellow. She also worked as a Senior Registrar at Barnet Hospital and Royal Free Hospital, covering the Pediatric Department and the Neonatal Unit. Since 2013, she has been a certified ERC instructor in Neonatal Life Support (NLS Instructor). Since January 2023, she has maintained a private practice with modern equipment in the center of Thessaloniki, in a space designed to meet the needs of both children and mothers, including a breastfeeding area. Louraki Mara MD, PhD, IBCLC is a Pediatrician, Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She maintains a private practice in Paiania. Kontogianni Eirini is a Pediatrician with 10 years of experience in managing acute and chronic cases and maintains a private practice in Charilaou, Thessaloniki. She handles the full age spectrum from neonatal to adolescent stages.

Ολοκλήρωσα τις σπουδές μου στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης (ΑΠΘ). Αμέσως μετά την αποφοίτησή μου μετέβηκα στη Γερμανία, όπου ολοκλήρωσα την ειδικότητα της Παιδιατρικής και στη συνέχεια το χρόνο εξειδίκευσης μου στη Νεογνολογία.

Κατά τη διάρκεια της επαγγελματικής μου πορείας εργάστηκα σε μεγάλα νοσοκομεία της Γερμανίας, αποκτώντας σημαντική κλινική εμπειρία στην αντιμετώπιση νεογνών, βρεφών, παιδιών και εφήβων. Παράλληλα, διετέλεσα ιατρική διευθύντρια σε ιατρείο στην Κολωνία, έχοντας την ευθύνη της ιατρικής λειτουργίας και της παροχής υψηλού επιπέδου φροντίδας στους μικρούς ασθενείς.

Ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον μου αποτελεί η φροντίδα του νεογνού και του βρέφους, καθώς και η παρακολούθηση της ανάπτυξης και της υγείας των παιδιών και των εφήβων σε όλα τα στάδια της παιδικής και εφηβικής ηλικίας.
