Πολύ θετική πρώτη εντύπωση! Ένιωσα άνετα απ’ την αρχή, με άκουσε χωρίς βιασύνη και μου πρότεινε ένα πλάνο ρεαλιστικό και προσαρμοσμένο στις ανάγκες μου. Ξεκάθαρη και καταρτισμένη.

Δεν έχω λόγια να περιγράψω την εμπειρία μου εδώ και μήνες με αυτό το κορίτσι ! Είναι εξαιρετική στη δουλειά της , με γνωσεις που σου δικαιολογούν την κάθε επιλογή ! Ένα διατροφικό πλάνο με πολλές επιλογές ώστε να μην γινεται κουραστικό … με απόλυτη ενσυναισθηση και πάντα με χαμόγελο σε παροτρύνει να συνεχίσεις … Η καλύτερη επιλογή … ευχαριστώ πολύ Βερα μου…

Η Βέρα είναι πάρα πολύ φιλική, προσπαθεί να καταλάβει σε βάθος τις ανάγκες σου, προσαρμόζει τα γεύματα σου με βάσει το πρόγραμμα σου και τις δυνατότητες σου και πάνω από όλα σε σέβεται και είναι ευγενική. Επαγγελματίας τέλος !!!! 🩷 Συστήνω 100%
