Appointment Cancellation Policy at doctoranytime

Herein the interested parties can read the cancellation policy that doctoranytime has in force for the appointments they make with a doctor/healthcare professional or a diagnostic center.

The process of cancelling an appointment has been set up with the aim of immediately informing the respective doctor/healthcare professional as well as the diagnostic center about the schedule changes. Frequently asked questions

What is the cancellation policy for my appointment?

Your appointment should be cancelled before the time limit set by the doctor/healthcare professional, which can be from 1 to 48 hours before the scheduled date & time you have received in the confirmation email/SMS. You can find out the period set by each doctor in the "Appointment Management Policy" section of their profile. In the event that the time limit has passed, you have not cancelled and you cannot attend the appointment, you should contact the specialist directly. If you have not shown up for the scheduled appointment, you may receive a phone call either from the clinic/office/diagnostic center or from a representative of doctoranytime.

If multiple cancellations or no-shows at scheduled appointments without notification are observed, then doctoranytime reserves the right to exclude the user from the service as set forth in the Terms of Use.

How do I cancel my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment in the following ways:

  • Either by logging directly into your personal account or by selecting "Cancel Appointment" in the confirmation email or the reminder email, you will be redirected to your upcoming appointments, where you can press the "CANCEL" button on the appointment you want to cancel.
