Stauraki Xristina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates her private practice in Chalandri. She holds a degree in Clinical Dietetics from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh. She has served as a Clinical Dietitian in a pathology clinic and, as part of her practical training, worked at the Athens Medical Center and in a Dietetic office. She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists and has attended postgraduate seminars and conferences related to her specialty. Vosnakidis Athanasios MD, MSc is a cardiologist with private practices in Kalamaria and Kalochori, Thessaloniki. He has also been a longstanding collaborator of the cardiology team at the “Saint Lukas” clinic. He graduated from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace, specializing in clinical cardiology and cardiac ultrasound (triplex). He holds a postgraduate diploma with distinction in “Medical Research and Methodology” from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The Kalamaria clinic is located in the area of Agios Ioannis, with easy access from the city center or the ring road and convenient parking. Her clinical experience includes many years of service as a Specialist Physician in the Pathology Clinic of the General Clinic of Thessaloniki and in the Emergency Department at the General Hospital "Agios Loukas" of Thessaloniki, as well as extensive previous training as a Resident Physician at the General Hospital of Larissa, Hippokratio Hospital of Thessaloniki, Agios Pavlos Hospital of Thessaloniki, and the General Hospital of Volos. Cardiologist Tzanogiorgis Ioannis practices in Petralona and Peristeri. He graduated from the Medical School of Iuliu Hatieganu University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He completed his Cardiology specialty at the General Hospital of Piraeus "Tzaneio," where he actively participated in the clinical and educational activities of the department. After obtaining his specialty, he remained as a scientific collaborator at the Pediatric Cardiology and Adult Congenital Diseases Laboratory of the Cardiology Clinic at Tzaneio. He took on the organization and operation of the Cardiology Clinic of the NGO Praksis. He served as Consultant at the 2nd Cardiology Clinic of the Errikos Dynan Hospital Center. He collaborated with the Hemodialysis Unit "Frondis," conducting cardiological assessments. To this day, he remains a Scientific Collaborator at the Hygeia Hospital. He holds a postgraduate degree from the University of Bologna focusing on Pulmonary Hypertension. He is a member of the European and Hellenic Society of Cardiology, the European and Hellenic Atherosclerosis Societies, as well as other scientific associations. He has served as a member of the presidium of the Prevention and Rehabilitation Working Group of the Hellenic Society of Cardiology and has participated in presenting abstracts at international and Greek conferences. She gained experience in hospitals such as Theageneio and AHEPA, and has participated in the WHO's COSI program for childhood obesity. She holds a Diploma in Eating Disorders and Obesity from the United Kingdom. Since 2021, she has been operating a dietetic practice in the center of Thessaloniki, helping individuals improve their health and quality of life through nutrition.

Borsa Dimitra is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and a top graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Nutrition from the same university and maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. During her studies, she actively participated in intensive research activities and obtained scientific publications. Furthermore, she has successfully completed a seminar titled "Specialist in Sports Nutrition" under the auspices of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. She has a strong interest in current scientific data and contemporary recommendations in the fields of weight management, nutritional counseling, clinical and sports nutrition, for which she regularly attends conferences and workshops. Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

The specialist has worked as a Dietitian - Nutritionist at SALAS Catering Company and Fitpal Healthy Meals Company, as well as at the Elegance Aesthetic Center. Furthermore, she has worked in a Pulmonologist and Dietitian office, providing nutritional education to patients, body composition assessment, and designing individualized nutrition programs. Garzonis Spyros is an Internist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Cholargos. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital for Chest Diseases of Athens "Sotiria". Additionally, he received further training in Diabetes Mellitus and Diabetic Foot at the Diabetology Center of the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," where he remained as a collaborator for over 10 years.
