Εχω αντίσταση στην ινσουλίνη κ τροφές που παλιότερα με χορταιναν,πλεον μου άνοιγαν την όρεξη,οδηγώντας με στο να κανω υπερφαγικα επεισόδια..Εχοντας περάσει από διάφορες διατροφικές διαταραχές απο μικρή ηλικία,μου ήταν δύσκολο να ξαναμπώ σε πρόγραμμα...Η Χαρά με άκουσε με προσοχη,μου εδωσε συμβουλές κ γενικά το πρόγραμμα ειναι συμφωνα με τα γούστα μου κ με το τι φαγητα θελω να φτιάχνω καθε βδομάδα...δίνει εύκολες συνταγες κ συνδυασμούς που με χορταίνουν,χωρις να νιωθω οτι μου λείπει καποια τροφή
