Επισκέφτηκα τον διατροφολόγο και έμεινα ενθουσιασμένη! Απο την πρώτη στιγμή έδειξε πόσο επαγγελματίας είναι, με μεγάλη ακρίβεια στο ραντεβού μας αλλά και με πολύ ζέστη και ανθρώπινη προσέγγιση.Η διατροφή που μου έδωσε ήταν σε μια μόνο κόλλα χαρτί, απλή,εύκολη και κατανοητή. Ηταν όλα πρακτικά και εφαρμόσιμα στην καθημερινότητα, χωρίς υπερβολές. Τον συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει μια διατροφή που να είναι ρεαλιστική.

Πολύ επικοινωνιακός και κατατοπιστικός.Απάντησε σε όλες μου τις απορίες αναδεικνύοντας θετικά την επιστημονική του κατάρτιση. Το πρόγραμμα διατροφής ήταν προσαρμοσμένο στις ανάγκες μου και πολύ ευέλικτο. Η ώρα α του ραντεβού τηρήθηκε απόλυτα. Εξαιρετικός, τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!
