Krontiri Vana MSc

Vana Krontiri is the owner and head of the dietetic office Balanced Diet in Paleo Faliro, Attica. She studied in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete, completing her practical training at the General Hospital of Piraeus - Tzaneio, thereby gaining experience in Clinical Nutrition as well as in the management of Diabetic patients. Following her undergraduate studies, she pursued postgraduate studies in Obesity and Weight Management at the University of Chester in the United Kingdom.

She has been practicing as a Dietitian since 2019 and has collaborated with Kyriaki Tilikidou's Pharmacy in Piraeus, with Pathologist Diabetologist Dimitrios Levisianos in Piraeus, as well as with the Tormalina’s Beauty Aesthetic Center in Paleo Faliro. Additionally, she has contributed articles to On Wellness and OK magazine. In the past year, she became a scientific collaborator of the company Genosophy - a spin-off company of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

The philosophy of Balanced Diet is embodied in its name itself, to make Balanced Nutrition a way of life, and she strives to achieve this with dedication and passion for her profession always taking into account the needs and habits of each client who trusts her.
