Margetis Nikolaos

Margetis Nikolaos is a Gastroenterologist and maintains a private practice in Ambelokipoi. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is certified in ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) by the American College of Surgeons. Additionally, he is specialized in hepatology and endoscopic gastroenterology. At his private practice, each patient can receive information regarding oncology issues related to the organs of the digestive tract, liver, and pancreas. He offers a range of gastroenterological services to patients including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, rectoscopy, polyp removal, and breath testing for Helicobacter pylori. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in interventional endoscopy, performing endoscopic procedures of the upper and lower gastrointestinal tract. He ensures continuous education by actively participating in approximately 40 international medical conferences, lectures, oral presentations, and chairing sessions at 6 international medical conferences. He has been actively involved in around 250 Greek medical conferences, oral presentations, speeches, and chairing sessions at 50 Greek medical conferences, as well as hands-on training at 20 conferences with practical participation. Moreover, he has contributed a substantial body of written work to international and Greek medical journals, as well as to proceedings of international and Greek medical conferences, and possesses teaching experience at university medical schools.
