Η εμπειρία μου παραμένει η ίδια όπως ακριβώς ξεκίνησα με τον κ, Στεφανακη Λυκούργο. Εχω διατηρήσει το σωματικό μου βάρος , έχασα 24 κιλά χωρίς να το έχω στο μυαλό μου! Ένας εξαιρετικός άνθρωπος και επιστήμονας, αφιερώνει χρόνο ολοκληρωτικά για εσένα και είναι πάντα διαθέσιμος για ερωτήσεις και αλλαγές. Το περιβάλλον άριστο και πεντακάθαρο. Δεν σε κοιτάζει ως έναν απλό επισκέπτη αλλά προσπαθεί να σου δώσει να καταλάβεις τι κερδίζεις με την σωστή διατροφή και πως θα ξεκινήσεις να κάνεις το restart στην ζωή σου! Εχω αλλάξει 6 διατροφολόγους , ειναι ο πιο αποτελεσματικός και φοβερός άνθρωπος και επαγγελματίας. Τον συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Σε ευχαριστώ

Εξαιρετικός επαγγελματίας και υπέροχος άνθρωπος! Ο κ. Λυκούργος Στεφανάκης μας κέρδισε από την πρώτη κιόλας επίσκεψη, χάρη στην προσέγγισή του που συνδυάζει βαθιά επιστημονική γνώση, ενσυναίσθηση και πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για τον άνθρωπο απέναντί του. Εδώ και έναν μήνα, τόσο εγώ όσο και ο σύζυγός μου ακολουθούμε το διατροφικό πλάνο που μας σχεδίασε και βλέπουμε ήδη εντυπωσιακή βελτίωση — όχι μόνο στα κιλά, αλλά κυρίως στην ενέργεια, τη διάθεση και τη σχέση μας με το φαγητό.
