Ο κ. ΣΤΕΦΑΝΑΚΗΣ είναι η πρώτη μου εμπειρία με διατροφολόγο και θα παραμείνει έτσι. Ακολούθησα απλά βήματα για μια σωστή και υγιεινή διατροφή και με βοήθησε πάρα πολύ. Ο κ. ΣΤΕΦΑΝΑΚΗΣ δεν κάνει απλά τις μετρήσεις, σου δίνει ένα χαρτί με φαγητά και εσύ πρέπει να πας να μαγειρέψεις, αλλά σου εξηγεί πως λειτουργεί ο ανθρώπινος οργανισμός με απλά λόγια και σου δίνει λύση για όλα!

Ο καλύτερος διαιτολόγος που έχω πάει ποτέ. Με βοήθησε πολύ σε μια απαιτητική περίοδο της ζωής μου να βρω τη διατροφική ισορροπία που χρειαζομουν, ώστε να ξεκινήσει, χωρίς στερήσεις, πίεση και άγχος, η απώλεια βάρους που ήταν ένας από τους στόχους μου. Το πρόγραμμα του είναι απόλυτα εξατομικευμενο και προσαρμοσμένο στις προσωπικές μου ανάγκες και διακρίνεται για την τεράστια ευελιξία του!!! Το ακολουθω με ευκολία, χωρίς καν να αισθάνομαι ότι κάνω δίαιτα. Με τον κ. Στεφανάκη νιώθω ότι έχω λύσει το πρόβλημα της διατροφής και του βάρους μου για πάντα!!! Τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Ο Λυκούργος είναι ο καλύτερος διατροφολόγος με τον οποίον έχω συνεργαστεί...Είναι ένας εξαιρετικός επιστήμων ...απόλυτα ενημερωμένος πάνω στο αντικείμενο του...αλλά και φοβερή προσωπικότητα και πάνω από όλα εξαιρετικός άνθρωπος.Οι γνώσεις του και ο τρόπος που σου τις μεταδίδει τον κάνει μοναδικό...Παλεύω χρόνια να χάσω κάποια κιλά ...και μαζί του έφτασα το ιδανικό μου βάρος χωρίς καν να πεινάσω ...Θα τον συνέστηνα ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους...

Με τον κύριο Στεφανάκη είμαι αρκετό καιρό υπό την επίβλεψη του καθώς στο παρελθόν αντιμετώπιζα τάση παχυσαρκίας. Αυτό που ήθελα στην ουσία να προστατέψω την υγεία μου , το έχω καταφέρει με την βοήθεια του και την αλλαγή του τρόπου σκέψης για την διατροφή. Ακολουθώ με προσοχή της οδηγίες του και το σημαντικότερο απολαμβάνω να βλέπω τον εαυτό μου στον καθρέπτη. Τον ευχαριστώ θερμά
