Εξαιρετικός διαιτολόγος και πάνω απ’ όλα πραγματικός επαγγελματίας! Από την πρώτη στιγμή με έκανε να νιώσω άνετα και με άκουσε με προσοχή, ώστε να καταλάβει τις ανάγκες μου και να μου προτείνει ένα πρόγραμμα κομμένο και ραμμένο στα μέτρα μου. Είναι πάντα ευγενικός, υποστηρικτικός και διαθέσιμος να βοηθήσει σε κάθε απορία. Με σωστή καθοδήγηση και χωρίς υπερβολές, κατάφερα να χάσω τα κιλά που με δυσκόλευαν και να αλλάξω τις διατροφικές μου συνήθειες. Το πρόγραμμα ήταν εύκολο να εφαρμοστεί και προσαρμοσμένο στην καθημερινότητά μου. Αυτό που ξεχωρίζει είναι ότι ενδιαφέρεται πραγματικά για τον άνθρωπο και όχι μόνο για το αποτέλεσμα. Σε γεμίζει αυτοπεποίθηση και σε παρακινεί να συνεχίσεις. Τον συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει σωστή διατροφή και ουσιαστικά αποτελέσματα!

Ο Λυκούργος είναι ένας υπέροχος άνθρωπος. Χαμογελαστός, καλοσυνάτος, βοηθητικός, γνωστής, αναλυτικός, με κατανόηση, Το 9 ως αξιολόγηση σε κάποιες περιπτώσεις δόθηκε γιατί πάντα υπάρχουν περιθώρια βελτίωσης.

Αυτό που ξεχώρισα περισσότερο είναι η ευελιξία στο πρόγραμμα διατροφής. Τα γεύματα και τα snacks είναι προσαρμοσμένα πλήρως στις προτιμήσεις μου, κάτι που το κάνει πολύ πιο εύκολο να το ακολουθήσω στην καθημερινότητά μου. Δεν ένιωσα ποτέ ότι κάνω “δίαιτα”, αλλά ότι έχω ένα πρόγραμμα κομμένο και ραμμένο πάνω μου. Τη συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Έχω μόνο τα καλύτερα να πω για την επίσκεψη στον κο Στεφανάκη. Απ τη πρώτη στιγμή ως την τελευταία της επίσκεψης,ευγενέστατος, επαγγελματίας, αναλυτικός στο να καταλάβουμε τι κάνουμε και για ποιο λόγο. Αφιέρωσε χρόνο να ακούσει τους προβληματισμούς μου, και να με καθοδηγήσει στα επόμενα βήματα. Το πρόγραμμα διατροφής βγήκε βασισμένο σε δικές μου επιλογές, κι όχι σε τετριμένες επιλογές που έχουν πολλές διατροφές. Πολύ θετική η εμπειρία μας και από το χώρο του, φιλικός και πεντακάθαρος.

Αρχικά πρόκειται για επαγγελματία που γνωρίζει το αντικείμενο σε βάθος και με ακρίβεια. Αφιερώνει ουσιαστικό χρόνο και ο κάθε πελάτης λαμβάνει ξεχωριστή προσοχή και αντιμετώπιση για το θέμα που τον απασχολεί. Αναλύει τα δεδομένα με σχολαστικότητα και διαβάσει τις λεπτομέρειες τις κάθε περίπτωσης πελάτη. Δεν θα μπορούσα να έχω άλλο διατροφολόγο και σύμβουλο μαζί. Ο,τιδήποτε έχω γνωρίσει και επισκεφτεί απο ειδικούς διατροφής φαντάζουν προηγούμενο απο αιώνα..
