Από την πρώτη μας συνεδρία, κατάλαβα ότι δεν πρόκειται απλώς για έναν εξαιρετικό επαγγελματία, αλλά για έναν άνθρωπο που πραγματικά νοιάζεται. Ο Λυκούργος δεν αρκείται σε γενικά πλάνα διατροφής, αλλά αφουγκράζεται τις ανάγκες, τις ιδιαιτερότητες και το καθημερινό πρόγραμμα του καθενός. Με καθοδήγησε με υπομονή, ευαισθησία και ενθαρρυντικό λόγο, δημιουργώντας ένα εξατομικευμένο πρόγραμμα που όχι μόνο είχε αποτέλεσμα, αλλά με βοήθησε να αλλάξω τρόπο σκέψης γύρω από το φαγητό. Πάντα πρόθυμος να απαντήσει σε ερωτήσεις, να εξηγήσει το «γιατί» πίσω από κάθε επιλογή και να προσαρμόσει τη στρατηγική όταν χρειαζόταν. Το πιο σημαντικό; Για πρώτη φορά ένιωσα ότι η διατροφή δεν είναι περιορισμός, αλλά ενδυνάμωση. Και αυτό οφείλεται εξ ολοκλήρου στον Λυκούργο. Τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να κάνει ουσιαστικές αλλαγές στη ζωή του, χωρίς πίεση, χωρίς ενοχές, αλλά με υποστήριξη, γνώση και θετική ενέργεια.

Μετά από τρεις μήνες συνεργασίας, έχω ήδη δει πολύ σημαντικά αποτελέσματα. Αυτό που με βοήθησε πραγματικά να συνεχίσω και να αλλάξω τις διατροφικές μου συνήθειες ήταν οι πολλαπλές επιλογές που μου προσφέρει, τις οποίες μπορώ να προσαρμόσω εύκολα στο καθημερινό μου πρόγραμμα. Με παρακολουθεί περίπου 3 μήνες , τα αποτελέσματα είναι τα προσδοκώμενα ως προς τη μείωση του βάρους . Σημαντικό είναι ότι είναι πάντα διαθέσιμος να απαντήσει σε απορίες και ευέλικτος ως προς τυχόν αλλαγές εκτός προγράμματος
