Πάρα πολύ υποστηρικτικός και ενθαρρυντικός! Επισης ειναι πάρα πολύ ενημερωμένος πάνω στο αντικείμενό του! Με την βοήθειά του άλλαξε (προς το καλυτερο) τελείως η στάση μου απέναντι στο φαγητο και τη διατροφη! Τον συνιστω ανεπιφυλακτα!!
