Επισκέφτηκα τη διατροφολόγο χθες για το πρώτο μου ραντεβού και πραγματικά εμεινα πολύ ικανοποιημένη.Η εμπειρία από την επίσκεψη ήταν εξαιρετική.Η διατροφολογος ήταν φιλικη, ευγενική και πολύ προσιτή, κάτι που με έκανε να αισθανθώ άνετα και να εμπιστευτώ τη διαδικασία.Δεν είχε την τυπική απόμακρη προσέγγιση , αλλά ήταν πολύ ανθρώπινη και επαγγελματίας ταυτόχρονα.Είμαι πολύ θετική για τη συνέχεια και ανυπομονώ να ακολουθήσω τις συμβουλές της!

Ο χωρος με το που μπαίνεις είναι διαμορφωμένος έτσι ώστε να νοιώσεις άνετα. Ως επαγγελματίας είναι πλήρως καταρτισμένη στον τομέα που ειδικεύεται ,σου βγάζει ένα συναίσθημα εμπιστοσύνης, στα ραντεβού υπάρχει πάντα συνέπεια όσο για τα αποτελέσματα διαμορφώνει το διαιτολόγιο πάνω στης δίκες σου ανάγκες έτσι εάν υπάρχει συνεργασία και από την άλλη πλευρά τα αποτελέσματα δεν θα αργήσουν να έρθουν τέλος θα ήθελα να πως πως ως επαγγελματίας έχει κατανοήσει και υπομονή

Υπήρξε σωστή καθοδήγηση καθόλη την διαρκεια της διατροφής, με ορατά αποτελέσματα! Έφτασα μάλιστα στο επιθυμητό βάρος που ήθελα 78kg από 86-87. Προφανώς υπήρξα συνεπής σε οτιδήποτε μου επισήμανε με τα γεύματα μου και τους συνδυασμούς τροφών

Εξαιρετική Διατροφολόγος! Είναι ευγενική και μαζί της νιώθεις πολύ άνετα. Σε λίγα μόλις ραντεβού μπορώ να διακρίνω πρόοδο. Μου έχει φτιάξει ένα ειδικό πρόγραμμα το οποίο είναι προσαρμοσμένο στις συνήθειες μου, έτσι γρήγορα και αποτελεσματικά χάνω βάρος. Και το πιο σημαντικό είναι πως με έχει βοηθήσει και έχω εντάξει στην καθημερινότητα μου την υγιεινή και ισορροπημένη διατροφή. Χωρίς καμία επιφύλαξη σας την προτείνω.
