Εξαιρετικός διαιτολόγος με πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για τον άνθρωπο και τις ανάγκες του. Από την πρώτη κιόλας συνεδρία ένιωσα άνετα και είδα ότι το πρόγραμμα ήταν απόλυτα προσαρμοσμένο σε μένα, χωρίς στερήσεις και υπερβολές. Με βοήθησε να αλλάξω διατροφικές συνήθειες με τρόπο ρεαλιστικό και βιώσιμο. Τον προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

50 κιλά μείον σε λιγότερο από 2 χρόνια και μια εντελώς νέα ζωή! Ο Διονύσης με έμαθε πράγματα για τη διατροφή (μακροστοιχεία, θερμίδες κλπ) που αγνοούσα και γι' αυτό πέτυχε η προσπάθεια εκεί που όλες οι προηγούμενες δικές μου είχαν αποτύχει. Δεν κόλλησα ποτέ, δεν πιέστηκα με φαγητά που δεν μου άρεσαν και ένιωθα ασφάλεια σε κάθε βήμα. Τον συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα, το μόνο μου παράπονο είναι που δεν τον γνώρισα νωρίτερα!
