Από την πρώτη συνάντηση, έδειξε ουσιαστικό ενδιαφέρον να κατανοήσει όχι μόνο τις διατροφικές μου ανάγκες, αλλά και τις καθημερινές μου συνήθειες, τους ρυθμούς ζωής και τους στόχους μου. Το πρόγραμμα που μου σχεδίασε ήταν πλήρως εξατομικευμένο, ρεαλιστικό και κυρίως εφαρμόσιμο — χωρίς υπερβολές ή ακραίες λύσεις.
