Επιπλέον, οι συνταγές που προτείνει είναι πρακτικές και νόστιμες, κάτι που βοηθάει να τηρείς τη διατροφή χωρίς πίεση.

Πολυ καλο πρωτο ραντεβου, ειδαμε αναλυτικα τις τροφες που μπυ αρεσουν αλλα και τις τροφες που χρειαζεται να τρωω μαζι με συμπληρώματα. Πολυ γρηγορα διαθέσιμο το προγραμμα μετα το ραντεβού!
