Our dietetic office comprises a team of qualified Dietitians - Nutritionists with specializations in various fields to better meet the needs of individuals seeking nutritional support, and has been operating since 2013. The head of the dietetic office is Kardatou Thaleia, who holds a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition Science from Harokopio University of Athens, and a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from King’s College London. She has served as the head of the Nutrition Department at a private clinic in the Southern Suburbs, and currently leads the Dietetic Department at the Metabolic Diseases Clinic of the Health Fund for employees of the Bank of Greece. Additionally, she maintains collaborations with a private cardiology clinic, thereby gaining extensive experience in nutritional support for clinical cases. Working alongside her is Maria Markella Souvatzi, who holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University and specializes in eating disorders from the Center for Education & Management of Eating Disorders. They handle cases of weight management in adults and children (obesity or malnutrition), body composition reformation in athletes, and healthy nutrition counseling during periods such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, weaning, and nutrition in infancy and childhood. Their primary goal is to help clients build, above all, a healthy relationship with food and, over time, achieve the body or health goals they each desire.
