Έμεινα πάρα πολύ ικανοποιημένη από τη διατροφολόγο. Από την πρώτη στιγμή έδειξε πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για τις ανάγκες μου και αφιέρωσε χρόνο να με ακούσει και να καταλάβει τους στόχους μου. Το πρόγραμμα που μου έδωσε είναι προσαρμοσμένο στις προτιμήσεις και τον τρόπο ζωής μου, χωρίς υπερβολές, και μου φάνηκε εύκολο να το ακολουθήσω. Μου έδωσε χρήσιμες συμβουλές για καλύτερη υγεία. Η Στέλλα είναι ένας πολύ φιλικός και ευγενικός άνθρωπος. Από την συζήτηση που κάναμε είναι προφανής η κατάρτισή της και η γνώση της στο αντικείμενο της. Με έκανε να νιώσω σιγουριά, ότι δεν θα είμαι μόνη μου σε αυτό το ταξίδι αλλά με αυτή συνοδηπόρο θα επιτύχουμε τον στόχο μου. Άκουσε με προσοχή τις ανάγκες μου και ανάλογα προσαρμόστηκε και το κατάλληλο πλάνο διατροφής.

Απευθύνθηκα στην κα Καραγιαννάκη για να με βοηθήσει στην απώλεια βάρους. Απο την πρώτη επίσκεψη ένιωσα άνετα και ότι με αντιμετωπίζουν ως ξεχωριστή περίπτωση. Τόσο η «συνέντευξη» όσο και οι συμβουλές που μου έδωσε η Στέλλα ισχυροποίησαν αυτή την αίσθηση ότι δεν είμαι απλά μια ακόμα ασθενής, αλλά μια ξεχωριστή περίπτωση την οποία θα ασχοληθεί ειδικά και θα αντιμετωπίσουμε μαζί το πρόβλημά μου. Τη συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!
