Ήμουν πάντα διστακτική στο να πάρω επιτέλους το βήμα να απευθυνθώ σε ειδικό για τα ‘αρκετά ‘ παραπανίσια κιλά μου. Η κα. Ολγα με άκουσε (ενώ πήγα κ αρκετά αργά στο ραντεβού μου) με απόλυτη προσοχή κ κατανόηση κ ανυπομονώ να ξεκινήσω το πρόγραμμα μου.

Μου ενέπνευσε εμπιστοσύνη να προχωρήσω δυναμικά στο στοχο μου ,προπαντως με ενθάρρυνε παρα πολυ και το εβδομαδιαίο διαιτολόγιο το ιδανικο για να μην νιωσω το αίσθημα της στέρησης κ πιεσης (το οποιο ειχα νιώσει στο παρελθόν και τα παράτησα με αλλον διατροφολογο ) … πολυ συμπαθητικός και προσιτός ανθρωπος … παμε δυνατα λοιπον
