Kolovi Euaggelia

Kolovi Euaggelia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains her private practice in Aigaleo. She holds a degree from the School of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete, as well as a postgraduate degree in "Exercise and Health" from the Medical School of Athens. She completed her internship at the Attikon University General Hospital, where she managed cases across a variety of conditions. She has conducted research on "The effect of nutrition on the occurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma." She has worked in gyms and collaborates with physicians on cases requiring nutritional care. She writes articles for health magazines and attends conferences and seminars related to nutrition, obesity, pediatric nutrition, and pathological conditions. She provides individualized nutrition programs for normal conditions, personalized nutrition plans for pathological conditions, body fat measurement, segmental body analysis, modification of dietary habits, programs for pregnant women, programs for breastfeeding mothers, and individualized programs for children. She combines her scientific expertise with experience, placing at the core of her approach a love for people and nutritional care, which is intrinsically linked to balance and health.
