Γεννήθηκα στην Αθήνα το 1997, όπου κατοικώ και εργάζομαι έως σήμερα.


Έχοντας υπάρξει παχύσαρκος από τα πρώτα χρόνια της παιδικής μου ηλικίας έως και τα πρώτα χρόνια της ενήλικης ζωής μου, οι σκέψεις και οι προβληματισμοί γύρω από τη διατροφή και τη διαχείριση του βάρους ήταν πάντα μέρος της καθημερινότητάς μου.


Το 2016, σε ηλικία 19 ετών και όντας ακόμη φοιτητής σε διαφορετικό αντικείμενο σπουδών, κέρδισα την προσωπική μου μάχη με τη νόσο της παχυσαρκίας, γεγονός το οποίο έμελλε να αποτελέσει σημείο αναφοράς για την μετέπειτα ενασχόλησή μου με το αντικείμενο της διατροφής.


Το 2020 και παράλληλα με την αποφοίτηση μου από το τμήμα Επικοινωνίας του Παντείου Πανεπιστημίου αποφάσισα να ακολουθήσω επίσημα το αντικείμενο της Διατροφολογίας / Διαιτολογίας.


Το 2024 αποφοίτησα από το Πανεπιστήμιο Queen Margaret του Εδιμβούργου, ενώ δραστηριοποιούμουν ήδη στον χώρο της κλινικής διατροφής από το 2023, με την πρακτική μου άσκηση να πραγματοποιείται στο Ιατρικό Κέντρο Αθηνών.


Πλέον και κατόπιν απόκτησης της επίσημης άδειας ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος από την Περιφέρεια Αττικής και εγγραφής μου στον Σύλλογο Διαιτολόγων - Διατροφολόγων Ελλάδος, διατηρώ μόνιμη συνεργασία με το δίκτυο διαιτολογικών γραφείων της Nutrimed και τον εξαίρετο συνάδελφο και μέντορα Δρ Κυριάκο Ρέππα, καθώς και το προσωπικό μου διαιτολογικό γραφείο στην Άνοιξη Αττικής.
