My name is Maria Athanasopoulou and I hold a degree in Dietetics – Nutrition from the University of Crete. After many years of professional experience in the private sector, I decided to specialize by combining my knowledge of nutrition with my passion for children. I attended pediatric nutrition seminars and, seeking a more comprehensive education, I chose to pursue postgraduate studies in pediatric nutrition through the first accredited postgraduate program in Greece, offered by the University of Essex.

My philosophy as a nutritionist is to build strong and stable foundations in your relationship and your children's relationship with food. My primary goal is to provide guidance and education on new dietary habits to become a lifestyle, achieved through personalized and scientifically substantiated approaches.

Η Μαρία με βοήθησε (και με βοηθά ακόμη) να πετύχω στόχους που μόνος μου δεν μπορούσα με τίποτα να πετύχω. Η κατάρτιση και η εμπειρία της μου δίνουν την ώθηση που χρειάζομαι όταν απογοητεύομαι . Φυσικά και την συστήνω, ειδικά σε όσους έχουν δοκιμάσει χωρίς επιτυχία. Σε ευχαριστώ Μαρία!

Μας έχει πραγματικά βοηθήσει με το γιο μου, 13 ετων! Κέρδισε την συμπάθεια και την εμπιστοσύνη του από την αρχή, δεν τον κάνει να νιώθει άσχημα κι επιβραβεύει κάθε του προσπάθεια! Του μαθαίνει πως να τρώει υγιεινά χωρίς να τον αγχώνει. Πάντα φιλική και προσιτή!

Άψογη επαγγελματίας που οταν θα χρειαστείς την ώθηση να συνεχίσεις θα σε κυνηγήσει οσο πρέπει για να μην τα παρατήσεις. Εχει πολλές γνώσεις και σε βοηθάει με τις επεξηγίσεις της να καταλάβεις το τι κάνεις και για ποιον λόγο.
