Η κα Αγγελοπούλου είναι πρόσχαρη, επεξηγηματική, μου έδωσε να καταλάβω ακριβώς πώς να ξεκινήσω μια σωστή διατροφή με την οποία από την πρώτη εβδομάδα που άρχισα παρατήρησα ότι ήμουν χορτάτη και ειλικρινά δεν μου έλειπε το γλυκό. Συνεχίζω βέβαια κ πιστεύω ότι θα τα πάω καλά 🙂
