Η πρώτη μου επίσκεψη στη διατροφολόγο ήταν μια εξαιρετικά θετική εμπειρία. Από την πρώτη στιγμή ένιωσα άνετα και οικεία, καθώς υπήρχε πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για τις ανάγκες και τους στόχους μου. Η προσέγγιση ήταν απόλυτα εξατομικευμένη και όχι «τυποποιημένη», κάτι που εκτίμησα ιδιαίτερα. Το πρόγραμμα που μου πρότεινε φαίνεται ρεαλιστικό και εύκολο να το ακολουθήσω στην καθημερινότητά μου. Αυτό που ξεχώρισα περισσότερο ήταν ο επαγγελματισμός, η ευγένεια και η διάθεση να απαντήσει σε κάθε απορία μου. Έφυγα με θετική διάθεση και αυτοπεποίθηση ότι μπορώ να πετύχω τους στόχους μου.

Εκπληκτικός άνθρωπος , γλυκύτατη κοπέλα, καταρτισμένη επαγγελματίας! Σε ακούει σε «αγκαλιάζει» και είναι έτοιμη να σε βοηθήσει στο πρόβλημα σου όπως μπορεί!! Ξεκινήσαμε το ταξίδι μας&είμαι πολύ σίγουρη ότι θα τερματίσουμε μαζί!!
