Η προσέγγιση της γιατρού έδωσε την αίσθηση μιας αρκετά διεκπεραιωτικής συζήτησης, χωρίς την απαραίτητη εμβάθυνση ή διάθεση ουσιαστικής επικοινωνίας. Επιπλέον, η επικοινωνία μετά το ραντεβού ήταν ιδιαίτερα δύσκολη, γεγονός που δημιούργησε αίσθημα ανασφάλειας και έλλειψης υποστήριξης. Πιστεύω ότι σε ιατρικά ζητήματα η σωστή καθοδήγηση και η δυνατότητα επικοινωνίας με τον ασθενή είναι εξίσου σημαντικές με την ίδια την εξέταση.
