Kotsoni Xrysi

Kotsoni Xrysi is a Dietitian – Nutritionist with a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She is a graduate of Queen Margaret University of Edinburgh. She is an active member of EDDE (Hellenic Dietitians – Nutritionists Association) and the PDS (Panhellenic Dietetic Association). She has trained through internships at the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra," the "Elena Venizelou" Maternity Hospital, and the Athens Medical Center. As a Dietitian, she participates in various educational programs and seminars aimed at continuous updating and training on the latest nutritional scientific data, with particular sensitivity to the psychological aspects of nutrition and eating disorders. She has been involved in sports from a young age and has also attended numerous seminars related to coaching and sports nutrition. In her daily practice, she strives to help individuals develop a healthy relationship with food and achieve their goals. Her motto is "not just another diet stuck on the fridge," which means that Xrysi will gradually educate you through sessions on how to become your own dietitian, find your deep motivation, and build consistency. She believes that when a person truly wants to, with appropriate guidance, they can change their eating habits without a deprivation mindset but by giving their body what it truly needs.
