Το πρόγραμμα διατροφής που σχεδιάσαμε μαζί δεν έμοιαζε σε καμία περίπτωση με τις κλασικές, καταπιεστικές δίαιτες. Αντιθέτως, ήταν πλήρως προσωποποιημένο, γεμάτο επιλογές που απολαμβάνω, μαθαίνοντάς μου πώς να τρέφομαι σωστά χωρίς να στερούμαι τίποτα. Πέρα από την επιστημονική της κατάρτιση, αυτό που την κάνει να ξεχωρίζει είναι η ενσυναίσθηση, η αμείωτη υποστήριξη και η θετική της ενέργεια. Τη συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να αλλάξει τον τρόπο ζωής του ουσιαστικά και με διάρκεια.
