Makri Rafaela MSc, BSc is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist operating a private practice in Paleo Faliro. She graduated with honors from the Harokopio University in the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science. She holds a Master's degree (MSc) in Applied Dietetic Practice with distinction from Queen Margaret University in Scotland. She is certified as a Master Practitioner in the treatment and management of Eating Disorders and Obesity by the National Center for Eating Disorders in the United Kingdom and the Greek Center for the Treatment of Eating Disorders. Additionally, she has completed the training program for Eating Disorders at the ANASA center, obtaining Pearson certification. Her approach is based on individualized nutritional intervention through nutritional education to promote the adoption of healthy eating habits, always in accordance with the medical history and mental health status of the individual. Furthermore, she is a member of the Pan-Cyprian and Pan-Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists. Finally, as a former track and field athlete specializing in the 100 meters hurdles, she has experience in sports nutrition for athletes and fitness enthusiasts and also holds certifications in Personal and Group Training from the Base Training school in Athens.
