She holds a degree from the Dietetics department of Queen Margaret University in Scotland and a postgraduate degree in "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition" from Harokopio University of Athens. She has worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the Athens Medical Center, and currently, in addition to her private practice, she works as a Dietitian-Nutritionist at IASIS Medical Diagnostic Centers. Finally, she is a regular member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists.

Dimitrios Tzirarkas is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. He has 27 years of professional experience and has handled thousands of cases. He is a graduate of the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition of the Thessaloniki Higher Technological Educational Institute. He specialized in Clinical Nutrition at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" in Voula, acquiring valuable knowledge with greater emphasis on Diabetes cases. Grivea Ifigeneia - Nourish Lab is a clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi, Attica. She is a graduate of Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She holds certified training in genomic nutrition from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has received training from the Hellenic Nutrition Society in pediatric nutrition. She has attended numerous nutrition conferences both in-person and virtually. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Crete and obtained his Medical Specialty in Pathology in Athens in 2002. Renta Elisavet is a Dietitian-Nutritionist, graduate of Harokopio University of Athens. She holds a Master's degree in Applied Dietetics - Nutrition from Harokopio University, as well as a Certificate of Pedagogical and Teaching Competence. She conducts home visits and works as a Dietitian at the 2nd Municipal Clinic of the Municipality of Athens. She has served as an Instructor in the course "Practical (Healthy) Nutrition Advice" at the Lifelong Learning Center of the Municipalities of Zografou and Ilioupoli and has collaborated with gyms and the Department of Nutritional Education and Exercise of the Municipality of Palaio Faliro. Finally, she has attended numerous conferences and workshops aimed at continuous professional development in her field.

Pardali Eleni is a graduate Dietitian - Nutritionist, licensed to practice, and a PhD candidate in the Department of Medicine at the University of Thessaly.

She graduated from the Department of Nutrition Science & Dietetics at the International Hellenic University (IHE) in Sindos. Her undergraduate thesis, which was graded Excellent, focused on the damage to 5’,8-cyclo-2’-deoxypurines of DNA, the diseases associated with them, and the potential protective effects of antioxidant compounds against such damage.

Subsequently, supported by a scholarship, she completed her Master's studies specializing in “Nutrigenomics and Personalized Nutrition” at the University of the Balearic Islands (Universitat de les Illes Balears, UIB) in Mallorca, Spain. She graduated with distinction, as well as her diploma thesis, which addressed the epigenetic effects of maternal nutrition on the fetus during pregnancy, as well as nutritional components of breast milk that may contribute to the potential reversal of alterations in hepatic lipid metabolism. During her stay in Mallorca, she served as a research intern at the Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Nutrition, and Biotechnology (LBNB) at UIB, where she completed her practical training.

Since 2022, she has been a member of the Immunonutrition Unit of the Rheumatology & Immunology Clinic at the University General Hospital of Larissa (PGNL) and an external collaborator of the private clinic “Thessalia General Clinic.”

Markada Al Xasount Aleksandra is a Dietitian practicing in Galatsi. She studied at the University of Hertfordshire and has worked as a Dietitian at the Cardiology Clinic of the University General Hospital "Attikon" and at Metaxa Hospital. Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. Hack My Diet By Dr Lamprinou Xristina - Polina Kai Synergates is based in Kallithea. Both Dr. Lamprinou Xristina - Polina and her associates are graduates in Dietetics and Nutrition from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens. Giannis Papatheodorou is a Pathologist who maintains private clinics in Neo Irakleio and Acharnes. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Craiova and specialized in Pathology at the General Oncology Hospital "Agioi Anargyroi" and the 1st Pathology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos," with clinical expertise in infections. He is a consulting physician for Eurodiet and participates in numerous medical conferences in Greece and abroad. He has co-authored, together with his microbiologist physician wife, the book "The Interpretation of Microbiological Tests." Vazaka Kely is a certified Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Paleo Faliro. She completed her studies in the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She continued her education in the Master's Program at Oxford University, titled "Applied Nutrition in Sports and Exercise." She firmly believes that our dietary habits are intrinsically linked to our psychology, which led her to pursue further training at the Center for Psychological Applications, in the seminar titled "Communication and Counseling Skills for Dietitians."
