Στην πτυχιακή της εργασία, η οποία βαθμολογήθηκε με Άριστα, ασχολήθηκε με τις βλάβες των 5’,8-κυκλο-2’-δεοξυπουρινών του DNA, τις παθήσεις με τις οποίες έχουν συνδεθεί και τη πιθανή προστατευτική δράση αντιοξειδωτικών ενώσεων έναντι αυτών των βλαβών.


Στη συνέχεια, με χορήγηση υποτροφίας, ολοκλήρωσε τις Μεταπτυχιακές της Σπουδές με αντικείμενο «Διατροφογενωμική και Εξατομικευμένη Διατροφή» (Nutrigenomics and Personalized Nutrition), στο Πανεπιστήμιο των Βαλεαρίδων Νήσων (Universitat de les Illes Balears, UIB) στη Μαγιόρκα της Ισπανίας. Το Μεταπτυχιακό της έλαβε με Άριστα, καθώς και τη διπλωματική της εργασία, που αφορά στην επιγενετική δράση της διατροφής της μητέρας στο έμβρυο κατά τη διάρκεια της κύησης, αλλά και θρεπτικά συστατικά του μητρικού γάλακτος που μπορούν να συμβάλλουν σε μια πιθανή αντιστροφή των αλλοιώσεων του μεταβολισμού των ηπατικών λιπιδίων. Κατά τη διάρκεια διαμονής της στη Μαγιόρκα, διετέλεσε ασκούμενη ερευνήτρια στο Εργαστήριο Μοριακής Βιολογίας, Διατροφής και Βιοτεχνολογίας (Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Nutrition, and Biotechnology, LBNB), του Πανεπιστήμιου UIB όπου και άσκησε την πρακτική της.



Από το 2022 είναι μέλος της μονάδας Ανοσοδιατροφής της Κλινικής Ρευματολογίας & Ανοσολογίας του Πανεπιστημιακού Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Λάρισας (ΠΓΝΛ), και εξωτερική συνεργάτιδα της ιδιωτικής κλινικής “Thessalia Γενική Κλινική”.
