Kampouroglou Georgios is a Pediatric Surgeon practicing professionally in Athens. He was admitted first in the nationwide entrance examinations to the Medical School of the University of Athens, and during his studies, he received relevant scholarships. As part of his training in Pediatric Surgery, he trained and worked in Switzerland (Geneva University Hospitals, Jura, Nyon) and at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital in Athens. He specialized in laparoscopic, percutaneous, and minimally invasive pediatric surgery in Switzerland (Geneva, Davos) and Strasbourg (IRCAD), as well as in digestive endoscopies (Agia Sofia Hospital and IRCAD, Strasbourg). During his training at the University Hospital of Geneva, he focused particularly on Pediatric Urology and Liver and Biliary Surgery in children. The physician holds a doctorate from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and also possesses a postgraduate degree in Surgical Anatomy. He has a substantial record of research and publication (participation in research groups, numerous international and Greek publications, chapters in scientific textbooks, presentations, and lectures at international and Greek conferences).
