H Χριστίνα Χρυσοχόου είναι Ιατρός - Καρδιολόγος, φοίτησε στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών και στη συνέχεια εκπόνησε Διδακτορική Διατριβή­ στην Καρδιολογία (γνωστικό αντικείμενο Καρδιακή Ανεπάρκεια), στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Αναφορικά με το διοικητικό της έργο, είναι εκλεγμένο μέλος του πυρήνα διοίκησης του European Association of Preventive Cardiology|Population Health και μέλος της Επιτροπής διαμόρφωσης θεραπευτικών πρωροκόλλων του Υπουργείου Υγείας (από το 2016).
