Dr Papathanasiou Sotirios is a Cardiologist with a private practice in Kolonaki. Dr. Kolyviras Thanos MD, PhD, FESC is an Interventional Cardiologist and Director of the 4th Cardiology Clinic - Interventional Cardiology at Metropolitan General Hospital, HHG Group. He holds an official Specialization Title in Interventional Cardiology and specializes in complex coronary artery interventions and the interventional treatment of aortic valve stenosis using the TAVI method. He was admitted through the Panhellenic Examinations to the Medical School of the University of Athens in 2002 and subsequently moved to Brussels (Belgium) in 2009, where he specialized in Cardiology. In September 2016, he was awarded an honorary doctorate from the Medical School of the University of Athens with honors. He has received a Fellowship from the European Society of Cardiology to attend the European Congress in Barcelona (2014), where he was awarded for the best oral presentation.
