Είναι πιστοποιημένος μετά από εξετάσεις στους υπερήχους (board certified - National Board of  Echocardiography).  Έχει δημοσιεύσει εργασίες σε διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά και έχει παρουσιάσει σε ελληνικά, αμερικάνικα και ευρωπαϊκά  συνέδρια. Είναι μέλος του Αμερικάνικου Κολλεγίου Καρδιολογίας, καθώς και της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Καρδιολογίας. Στο ιατρείο του αναλαμβάνει περιστατικά που καλύπτουν όλο το φάσμα της καρδιολογίας, ενώ επίσης εξειδικεύεται στα  στεφανιαία αγγεία και τις βαλβιδοπάθειες (επεμβατική και δομική καρδιολογία).
