Στο παρελθόν έλαβε την απαιτούμενη εκπαίδευση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Χαλκίδας και στη συνέχεια υπηρέτησε για 15 μήνες στο Κέντρο Υγείας Ιστιαίας στη Βόρεια Εύβοια ,ως Αγροτικός Ιατρός.
