Kristi Magnisali is a specialist Cardiologist, graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with extensive and high-level scientific training in Internal Pathology and Cardiology. Το τελευταίο έτος της ειδικότητας της στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών "Ο Ευαγγελισμός" υπηρέτησε για τρεις μήνες στην Ρευματολογική Κλινική, όπου συμμετείχε ενεργά στο εξωτερικό ρευματολογικό ιατρείο καθώς και στα περιστατικά της κλινικής. Τους ακόλουθους τρεις μήνες εκπαιδεύτηκε στην Β΄ Καρδιολογική κλινική, με άσκηση στην κλινική, το εξωτερικό καρδιολογικό ιατρείο και τη Μονάδα Εμφραγμάτων, ενώ το τελευταίο τρίμηνο εκπαιδεύτηκε στη Μονάδα Εντατικής Θεραπείας του νοσοκομείου.

Στο παρελθόν έλαβε την απαιτούμενη εκπαίδευση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Χαλκίδας και στη συνέχεια υπηρέτησε για 15 μήνες στο Κέντρο Υγείας Ιστιαίας στη Βόρεια Εύβοια ,ως Αγροτικός Ιατρός.

Από το 2017 έως και το 2025 εργάστηκε ως επικουρική επιμελήτρια Β΄ με την ειδικότητα της Εσωτερικής Παθολογίας στο Κέντρο Υγείας Νέου Κόσμου, όπου άσκησε τα καθήκοντά της στο τακτικό παθολογικό ιατρείο καθώς και στο τμήμα έκτακτων περιστατικών.
