Στο ιατρείο του ασχολείται με την πρόληψη, διαχείριση και θεραπεία, όλου του φάσματος των οξέων ή χρόνιων παθήσεων που άπτονται της Εσωτερικής Παθολογίας (πχ, λοιμώξεις, σακχαρώδης διαβήτης, αρτηριακή υπέρταση, υπερλιπιδαιμίες), δίνοντας έμφαση στην προληπτική ιατρική και την ελάττωση του συνολικού καρδιαγγειακού κινδύνου των ασθενών του. Επιπλέον, ασχολείται με την νοσηλεία των ασθενών στο νοσοκομείο ή με την κατ οίκον νοσηλεία τους, όταν αυτή απαιτηθεί.
