Dr Pisimisis Euaggelos is a distinguished Cardiologist with excellent training and extensive experience, operating a private practice in the center of Piraeus. He is an interventional cardiologist and Coordinating Director of the Cardiology Clinic at Tzaneio Hospital of Piraeus. After graduating from the Ionideios Model School of Piraeus, he studied at the Medical School of the University of Athens. He specialized in Cardiology at the Cardiology Clinic of Tzaneio Hospital and received further training with a scholarship from the Hellenic Cardiological Society at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. He holds a Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Athens, is a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC), and serves as President of the Panhellenic Medical Society of Cardiology Directors (P.I.E.D.KAR.). He advanced through all levels of hierarchy in the Cardiology Clinic of Tzaneio Hospital and, in 2009, was appointed Coordinating Director following a Health Ministry Council review. He has been recognized for his clinical, organizational, educational, and social contributions both within the medical field and in the community of Piraeus residents. In 2007, he organized and operated the Hemodynamics Laboratory at the General Hospital of Chios, and in 2014, established a similar laboratory at the Cardiology Clinic of the Asklipieio Voula Hospital. Between 2011 and 2014, he served as Vice President of the Scientific Council, and from 2019 to 2021, as Director of Medical Services at Tzaneio Hospital of Piraeus. He participates in several Scientific Committees of the Ministry of Health. He was an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Piraeus Medical Association (I.S.P.) (2005-2022) and of the Board of Directors of the Athens-Piraeus Hospital Doctors Association (E.I.N.A.P.) (2019-2022). He remains an elected member of the I.S.P. at the Panhellenic Medical Association. He is a member of the Alumni Association of Ionideios Model School of Piraeus, the Arcadians Association of Piraeus, and the Association of Scientists of Piraeus.
