Πιστεύω ότι η ουσιαστική αλλαγή ξεκινά μέσα σε μια σχέση εμπιστοσύνης, αποδοχής και αυθεντικής επικοινωνίας. Σε έναν χώρο όπου δεν χρειάζεται να προσποιηθείς, να αποδείξεις κάτι ή να φορέσεις κάποιον ρόλο. Έναν χώρο όπου μπορείς να είσαι ακριβώς όπως είσαι.

Η φιλοσοφία μου είναι βαθιά ανθρωποκεντρική. Δεν προσεγγίζω τον άνθρωπο μέσα από μια διάγνωση, μια ταμπέλα ή ένα προκαθορισμένο μοντέλο. Με ενδιαφέρει να κατανοήσω τη μοναδικότητα της προσωπικής του διαδρομής, τις εμπειρίες του, τις ανάγκες του, τα συναισθήματα και τις εσωτερικές του διεργασίες.

Μέσα από μια συνθετική και εξατομικευμένη προσέγγιση, αξιοποιώ γνώσεις και εργαλεία από διαφορετικές σχολές συμβουλευτικής, προσαρμόζοντας τη διαδικασία στον άνθρωπο που έχω απέναντί μου και όχι το αντίστροφο.

Η εργασία μας μπορεί να εστιάσει στην αυτογνωσία, τη συναισθηματική κατανόηση, τις διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις, τα επαναλαμβανόμενα μοτίβα, τη διαχείριση του άγχους, τις εσωτερικές συγκρούσεις και την προσωπική εξέλιξη.

Δεν πιστεύω σε έτοιμες συνταγές ούτε σε ίδιες διαδρομές για όλους. Πιστεύω στη δύναμη της ανθρώπινης σύνδεσης, στην αξία της προσωπικής επίγνωσης και στη δυνατότητα κάθε ανθρώπου να ανακαλύψει νέους τρόπους να σχετίζεται με τον εαυτό του και τον κόσμο γύρω του.

Δεν χρειάζεται να γνωρίζεις από πού να ξεκινήσεις. Αρκεί να υπάρχει η επιθυμία να κάνεις το πρώτο βήμα.
