Dr. Kyrilis Xristos MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Spine Surgeon specializing in spinal surgery, as well as endoscopic spinal surgery, and maintains a private practice in Vrilissia. He was admitted to the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and, after completing his studies and fulfilling his military obligations, he began the general part of his specialty in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the General Surgery Clinic of the General Hospital of Agrinio. Since 2014, he worked as an Orthopedics and Traumatology resident at the Attica General Hospital KAT, in the 1st Orthopedic Clinic, until September 2019. During this period, he participated in numerous surgical procedures and contributed to the operation of all departments of the Clinic. Additionally, he was seconded to the Scoliosis and Spine Department of the General Hospital KAT, where he participated in the diagnosis and management of complex cases, covering the entire spectrum of spinal pathology. The doctor has extensive experience in osteoporosis, total hip and knee arthroplasty, and microsurgery of the hand. He specialized at the General Hospital of Attica KAT and obtained his General Surgery qualification at the Thia Pronoia Hospital "The Pammakaristos." Dr. Pagonas Athanasios is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice located in Acharnes. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Napoli Federico II and specializes in sports injuries, with educational and clinical experience in robotic surgery for orthopedic patients. As part of his specialization and continuous scientific training in orthopedics, he completed a six-month training program in Upper Limb Surgery and Microsurgery at the KAT Hospital, followed by one year in the pediatric orthopedic department of the same institution. He has also obtained the AO Course Advance in Operative Fracture Management certificate in Davos, Switzerland. As a private practitioner, he collaborates with hospitals and clinics such as the Athens Medical Center, Palaiou Psychikou Clinic, and Dr Hospital. Additionally, he serves as the Head Physician for the football team PAE Acharnikos and all its academies. Furthermore, he actively participates in national and international conferences, staying updated with all technological and medical advancements in orthopedics, and has published work in respected Greek and international medical journals. Dr. Mparmpounakis Nikolaos MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon with private practices in Marousi within the "Mitera" Hospital, in Salamina, and in Ilisia. He holds a medical degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Iuliu Hatieganu" and completed a postgraduate program in "Metabolic Bone Diseases" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He specialized in Orthopedics at the Sports Injuries Department of the 4th Orthopedic Clinic of the General Hospital "Asklipieio" Voulas and received further training in the Shoulder Disease Clinic at the Istituto Clinico Humanitas in Milan. Additionally, he specialized in sports injuries at the Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic of the General Children's Hospital of Athens "Panagiotis & Aglaia Kyriakou" and in the management of Upper Limb and Shoulder disorders at the Microsurgery Clinic of the Attikon General Hospital of Athens KAT. Finally, he is a Scientific Collaborator at the Athens Bioclinic, the Medical Group at the Peristeri Clinic, and the Evgenidio Therapeutic Center, and collaborates with the private hospitals "Mitera," Metropolitan General, and Mediterraneo Hospital.
