Ο κ. Λούπας έδωσε όλη την σημασία που χρειάστηκε το πρόβλημά μου. Εξέτασε διερευνητικά το σημείο του πόνου και μου μιλούσε με απλές και καθημερινές λέξεις (όχι με ιατρικούς όρους, όπως κάνουν οι περισσότεροι) ούτως ώστε να καταλάβω τα πάντα και να μη φύγω με απορίες.

Εκελισα ραντεβού χωρίς να έχω ξαναδεί τον γιατρό για ένα πρόβλημα που προέκυψε με το γόνατό μου. Ηταν συνεπής στο ραντεβού του, με εξέτασε προσεκτικά και κατάλαβα και από την εξέταση και από τη διάγνωση οτι έχει μεγάλη εμπερία. Μου εξήγησε αναλυτικά τί έπαθα και πώς θα το αντιμετωπίσω με ασκήσεις. Ηπιος και ευγενής με την ηρεμία του επαγγελματία που γνωρίζει το αντικείμενό του καλά.

Επισκέφθηκα τον γιατρό για πρόβλημα που έχω με το γόνατο μου και έμεινα πολύ ικανοποιημένη. Έδειξε ενδιαφέρον, με εξέτασε διεξοδικά και μου εξήγησε με απλό τρόπο τη διάγνωση και τη θεραπεία. Τον προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
