Dr. Totlis Tryfon is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist, PhD holder, and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Igglezos Nikolaos is an Orthopedic Surgeon, graduate of the Medical School of Comenius University of Bratislava, and in 2024 he graduated from the Master's Program (MSc) of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in Metabolic Bone Diseases. He maintains an active private collaboration with Metropolitan Hospital, where he also serves as an Attending Physician. Παράλληλα, συνέχισε την ακαδημαϊκή και επιστημονική του εκπαίδευση με μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στη Διεθνή Ιατρική και Διαχείριση Κρίσεων Υγείας, στη Διοίκηση Μονάδων Υγείας, στη Διαχείριση Κρίσεων στον τομέα της Υγείας, καθώς και MBA στη Διοίκηση Υπηρεσιών Υγείας. Ολοκλήρωσε επίσης τη διδακτορική του διατριβή στην Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών, διατηρώντας ενεργή συμμετοχή στην επιστημονική έρευνα, σε συνέδρια και σε δημοσιεύσεις.

Σήμερα υπηρετεί ως Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης στην Κλινική Ρομποτικής Χειρουργικής Γόνατος και Ισχίου του Metropolitan General Hospital, ενώ έχει υπηρετήσει και ως Επικουρικός Χειρουργός Ορθοπαιδικός στην Πρωτοβάθμια Φροντίδα Υγείας. Το ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον του εστιάζεται στη χειρουργική γόνατος και ισχίου, στην τραυματολογία και στις σύγχρονες χειρουργικές τεχνικές, με στόχο τη βέλτιστη λειτουργική αποκατάσταση και τη γρήγορη επάνοδο των ασθενών στην καθημερινότητά τους.

Πιστεύει ότι η σχέση εμπιστοσύνης μεταξύ ιατρού και ασθενούς αποτελεί βασικό στοιχείο της θεραπευτικής διαδικασίας. Για τον λόγο αυτό δίνει ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στη σωστή ενημέρωση, στην εξατομικευμένη και ολιστική αντιμετώπιση με σκοπό την επιλογή της καταλληλότερης θεραπείας για κάθε ασθενή.

Armakolas Nikolaos MD, MSc, PhD is an Orthopedic Surgeon and maintains a private practice in Nea Smyrni. He holds a Doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a Master’s Degree in "Metabolic Bone Diseases" from the same University.
