Πέραν τούτου, έχει μετεκπαιδευτεί, επί σειρά ετών (clinical fellowships), στον τομέα της αρθροσκοπικής χειρουργικής και της αντιμετώπισης αθλητικών κακώσεων, σε διεθνή ακαδημαϊκά κέντρα του υψηλότερου επιπέδου (ESSKA teaching centers), όπως η Clinica Ars Medica (Λουγκάνο, Ελβετία), και η ATOS Klinik (Χαϊδελβέργη, Γερμανία). Ο Επ. Georgoudis Mixalis is an Orthopedic Surgeon – Spine Surgeon and maintains private practices in Chalkida, as well as within Metropolitan Hospital in Faliro.

He graduated from the Medical Department of Democritus University of Thrace. He has worked as an Orthopedic Surgeon in the 2nd Orthopedic Clinic and as a Resident Orthopedic Surgeon in the Scoliosis and Spine Department and in the Pediatric Orthopedics Clinic of the G.N.A KAT General Hospital. Dr. Totlis Tryfon is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist, PhD holder, and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He holds a Scholarship of Excellence from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has been awarded 7 scholarships/training fellowships in Greece and abroad, including at Rush University Hospital in Chicago, USA, and St. Anna Hospital in Herne, Germany.
