Louraki Mara MD, PhD, IBCLC is a Pediatrician, Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She maintains a private practice in Paiania. Concurrently, she works as a scientific associate at the Diabetes Clinic of the 2nd University Pediatric Clinic of the General Children’s Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou" and as a consultant pediatrician at "Euroclinic Children’s Hospital." She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her pediatric specialization took place at the Children's Hospital "P. & A. Additionally, she has been trained in administering the Standardized Screening Test for Autism Spectrum Disorders ("pais"). As part of her continuous professional development, she participates in numerous conferences. She has presented scientific papers at both Greek and international conferences, and her authorship includes publications in Greek and international journals.

Isaakidis Akritas - NutriOn is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Neapoli, Thessaloniki. Είναι πτυχιούχος του τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Καρδίτσας και κάτοχος του μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου «Διατροφή στην υγεία και την νόσο» από το τμήμα Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου  Θεσσαλίας. Έχει πιστοποιημένη επιμόρφωση στην Γνωστική Συμπεριφοριστική Θεραπεία από το Εθνικό & Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Τέλος αναλαμβάνει οικογενειακές συνεδρίες με στόχο την διατροφική εκπαίδευση για νέες υγιεινές διατροφικές συνήθειες  και διατροφική  παρακολούθηση όλων των μελών της οικογένειας, ιδιαίτερα των πιο μικρών μελών της.

Η Αρετή Δήμητρα Παινέση είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος και εδρεύει στο Χαλάνδρι, πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Επιστήμης Τροφίμων από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Reading του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου, και κάτοχος δύο μεταπτυχιακών τίτλων (MSc Med Sci): στην Κλινική Διατροφή από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Γλασκώβης και στον Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη & την Παχυσαρκία από την Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών.

Είναι επί σειρά ετών επιστημονική συνεργάτιδα στο ΙΑΣΩ Παίδων, όπου ασχολείται με τη διατροφική υποστήριξη παιδιών και εφήβων, τόσο για την απώλεια βάρους, όσο και για τη διαχείριση κλινικών περιστατικών, όπως αλλεργίες, δυστροφία και άλλες διατροφικές ή ιατρικές καταστάσεις που απαιτούν εξειδικευμένη υποστήριξη. Παράλληλα, διαθέτει πολύχρονη εμπειρία στη διαχείριση ατόμων με νοσογόνο παχυσαρκία που έχουν υποβληθεί σε βαριατρική επέμβαση καθώς συνεργάζεται με ομάδα εξειδικευμένων χειρουργών, όπως ο Καθηγητής Χειρουργικής Λέανδρος Εμμανουήλ και η Χειρουργός Μαρία Νατούδη, συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη διατροφική τους αποκατάσταση και στη μακροχρόνια διατήρηση της απώλειας βάρους τους.

Vlami Mariantzela is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and Molecular Biologist - Geneticist with a private practice in Ampelokipoi, Athens. She graduated with honors from the Universities of Pisa and Trieste in Italy. She holds a master's degree in Dietetics - Nutrition and has also completed the "Clinical Nutrition" program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Continuing her studies, she successfully completed the Harvard Medical School Course "Genetic Testing and Sequencing Technologies," receiving a scholarship. She specialized in Medical Genetics with a focus on Nutrigenetics (Functional Genomics of Human Nutrition - Clinical Nutrition). She has worked in the Department of Medical Genetics and Clinical Nutrition at the Pediatric Hospital IRCCS B. G. of Trieste, in the Department of Clinical Biochemistry at the University Hospital Cisanello of Pisa, and has extensive experience in counseling and nutritional education. Additionally, she has completed training programs in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Health Coaching. It is noteworthy that she was awarded by the University of Trieste for her experimental master's thesis entitled "Development of new genetic and immunological technologies in the diagnosis of celiac disease." She consistently participates in conferences and seminars, often as an instructor and speaker, staying updated on industry developments. Her method is based on nutrigenetic analysis, detailed history taking, and nutritional education, aiming for the highest possible personalization in nutrition to achieve optimal health and wellness outcomes based on the unique genotype, through the application of contemporary scientific knowledge and personalized approach. She holds a professional license as a Dietitian - Nutritionist in Greece with license number 701171 and a professional license in Italy with license number AA_083267.

Anna Georgiou BSc, MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She holds a degree from the Dietetics department of Queen Margaret University in Scotland and a postgraduate degree in "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition" from Harokopio University of Athens. She has worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the Athens Medical Center, and currently, in addition to her private practice, she works as a Dietitian-Nutritionist at IASIS Medical Diagnostic Centers. Finally, she is a regular member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists.

Paulou Xristina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Chalkida. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the School of Health Professions and Welfare at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and completed her internship at the General Regional Hospital of Chalkida, with additional involvement in the Diabetes department aimed at dietary compliance of patients. The dietitian specializes in clinical nutrition (diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, etc.), as well as techniques from the field of psychology for the management of chronic obesity. In her dietetic practice, she provides individualized nutrition programs for both normal and pathological conditions, as well as for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Additionally, nutritional genetic testing is conducted at the office. Roussaki Eirini is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Ilioupoli. She studied at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialized in Pediatrics at the Pediatric Clinic of the General Hospital of Nikaia Piraeus. During her specialization, she spent 2 years in the Neonatal Unit. She has extensive clinical experience, having served as a Pediatrician in the Primary Health Care sector of IKA in Ilioupoli for 17 years. She participated in the pediatric dermatology clinic for emergency dermatological cases at the 1st University Pediatric Clinic for three years and actively supported the pediatric department of MKEI (Hellenic). Noteworthy is her voluntary contribution through the Aegean Team to the residents of remote islands for over a decade. Finally, she has regularly participated in Greek and international pediatric conferences and has attended numerous seminars related to family counseling and pediatric psychology.

Dimitrios Tzirarkas is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. He has 27 years of professional experience and has handled thousands of cases. He is a graduate of the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition of the Thessaloniki Higher Technological Educational Institute. He specialized in Clinical Nutrition at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" in Voula, acquiring valuable knowledge with greater emphasis on Diabetes cases. In the past, he served as Head Dietitian at Weight Loss and Aesthetic Centers and worked at Avgirinopoulou IEK as an instructor in the field of Nutrition. He is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists (HADN) and regularly attends specialized seminars and conferences in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Iliadou graduated from John Moores University of Liverpool with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and continued her postgraduate studies in Dietetics at the University of Liverpool leading to state registration in the UK. She is a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders from National Centre of Eating Disorders.At present, Mrs Iliadou is leading the Nutrition department of the Mediterraneo hospital, a private Clinic situated in the South suburbs of Athens in the area of Glyfada She is in charge of the dietetic department where she is responsible for the management of patients who need nutritional support in the following units: gastro, dialysis, surgery, cardiology & cardiothoracic, bariatric and the ICU both of Greek and International origin.In addition to her working experience she attended the postgraduate diploma ‘Sports Nutrition’ from the International Olympic Committee. Ένα σημαντικό κομμάτι της πορείας της αφορά τις διαταραχές πρόσληψης τροφής και τη διαταραγμένη σχέση με το φαγητό, το σώμα και την εικόνα του. Αυτό περιλαμβάνει τόσο το λεγόμενο συναισθηματικό φαγητό, όσο και πιο σοβαρές κλινικές καταστάσεις όπως η ανορεξία, η βουλιμία ή η υπερφαγία. Πρόκειται για σύνθετες και απαιτητικές προκλήσεις που συχνά αντικατοπτρίζουν την προσπάθεια του ατόμου να κατανοήσει τον εαυτό του, να βρει ισορροπία και να βρει τη θέση του στον κόσμο.
