Το διαιτολογικό γραφείο Geothrepsis | Βερλέκη Γεωργία εδρεύει στους Αμπελόκηπους στην Αθήνα από τον Δεκέμβριο του 2022. Η Βερλέκη Γεωργία είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και υπεύθυνη του διαιτολογικού γραφείου. Αποφοίτησε από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Θεσσαλίας και, έπειτα, προχώρησε σε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική – Ιατρική Διατροφή, στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Διαθέτει επαγγελματική και κλινική εμπειρία από το 2016, αφού έχει εργασθεί ως Κλινική Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος στη Γενική Κλινική Metropolitan General, συμμετείχε στο σχεδιασμό της υπηρεσίας, «Υπηρεσία Εξατομικευμένης Διατροφικής Φροντίδας – Advanced Patient Nutrition», του Γενικού και Γυναικολογικού / Μαιευτικού Νοσοκομείου ΜΗΤΕΡΑ και εργαζόταν, παράλληλα, ως Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος σε ιδιωτικό διαιτολογικό γραφείο των Αθηνών. Την εξάμηνη πρακτική της άσκηση ολοκλήρωσε επιτυχώς στην Γενική Κλινική ΙΑΣΩ General. Είναι μέλος της Ένωσης Διαιτολόγων Διατροφολόγων Ελλάδας (ΕΔΔΕ) από το 2016. Στο ιδιωτικό της γραφείο πραγματοποιεί όλες τις συνεδρίες, για φυσιολογικές και παθολογικές καταστάσεις, ενηλίκων, παιδιών, εφήβων, εγκύων, θηλαζουσών και ατόμων τρίτης ηλικίας. Η εξατομίκευση είναι ο βασικός άξονας στον οποίο στηρίζεται η προσέγγισή της. Βασικό της μέλημα είναι να ανοίξει καινούργιους δρόμους σε όσους την εμπιστευθούν. Κινείται πάντα με γνώμονα την αφετηρία, το παρελθόν και τους στόχους του καθενός και με σεβασμό στη διαφορετικότητα, σχεδιάζει προγράμματα διατροφής που θα οδηγήσουν αργά ή γρήγορα, αλλά κυρίως ανθρώπινα στο επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα. Εκτός από τη διαχείριση βάρους και τη διατροφική εκπαίδευση, αναλαμβάνει και την διατροφική υποστήριξη κλινικών περιστατικών. Ενίοτε σε πιο αυστηρό πλαίσιο. Όμως πάντα με επίκεντρο τον ασθενή, τα "θέλω" και τα "δε θέλω" του, τις κόκκινες γραμμές του. Με τον εξοπλισμό τελευταίας τεχνολογίας (επαγγελματικό ζυγό και αναλυτή σύστασης σώματος με βιοηλεκτρική εμπέδηση) που διαθέτει το γραφείο εγγυάται πάντα τα πιο ακριβή αποτελέσματα μετρήσεων. Οι συνεδρίες μπορούν να πραγματοποιηθούν και από απόσταση.

Η Κοκολοπούλου Αλεξάνδρα είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, MSc με άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος και πραγματοποιεί επισκέψεις κατ' οίκον και online . Είναι πτυχιούχος του τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Καρδίτσας και κάτοχος του μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου «Διατροφή στην υγεία και την νόσο» από το τμήμα Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου  Θεσσαλίας. Έχει πιστοποιημένη επιμόρφωση στην Γνωστική Συμπεριφοριστική Θεραπεία από το Εθνικό & Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Στη διάρκεια των σπουδών της πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση σε ιδιωτικό διαιτολογικό γραφείο των Αθηνών όπου απέκτησε εμπειρία πάνω σε φυσιολογικές και παθολογικές καταστάσεις περιστατικών. Ύστερα από την πρακτική της άσκηση συνέχισε να εργάζεται στο ίδιο διαιτολόγιο γραφείο ως διατροφολόγος – διαιτολόγος. Η φιλοσοφία της βασίζεται στην πεποίθηση ότι η ψυχική υγεία παίζει πρωταρχικό ρόλο στην προσπάθεια για σωστή διατροφή και την υιοθέτηση νέων διατροφικών συνηθειών γιαυτό το λόγο δίνει ιδιαίτερη βάση στην ψυχολογική υποστήριξη και ενδυνάμωση των περιστατικών της μέσω της συμβουλευτικής. Τα προγράμματα  διατροφής είναι εξατομικευμένα και σχεδιάζονται με γνώμονα την καθημερινότητα και τις συνήθειες του διαιτώμενου. Τέλος αναλαμβάνει οικογενειακές συνεδρίες με στόχο την διατροφική εκπαίδευση για νέες υγιεινές διατροφικές συνήθειες  και διατροφική  παρακολούθηση όλων των μελών της οικογένειας, ιδιαίτερα των πιο μικρών μελών της.

Pothoulaki Eleni is a Pediatrician who has maintained a practice for 15 years in the center of Athens. She completed her studies at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Throughout her career, she has served in various hospital and regional facilities, including the "Elpis" Hospital in Athens, the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital, and the Asklipieio Hospital of Voula, as well as completing rural service at the Regional Clinic of Daphni Aigio. She specialized in Pediatrics, actively participating in conferences and scientific activities, and is a member of the Athens Medical Association. Her professional trajectory combines clinical experience, scientific training, and dedication to children's health, and at her practice, she provides specialized services in the field of infant, child, and adolescent development.

Grivea Ifigeneia - Nourish Lab is a clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi, Attica. She is a graduate of Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She holds certified training in genomic nutrition from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has received training from the Hellenic Nutrition Society in pediatric nutrition. She has attended numerous nutrition conferences both in-person and virtually. She has many years of experience in chronic, metabolic, and autoimmune diseases, having served as the scientific director of the nutrition department in a private clinic in Attica. Since 2025, she has been a regular member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists.

Mpagiazidou Elli BSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. She is a graduate of the BSc Hons Dietetics program from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, Scotland. During her studies, she completed internships in various fields to familiarize herself with different conditions and settings. Specifically, she undertook her practical training at three major hospitals in Thessaloniki: the AHEPA University General Hospital, the Euromedica Cyan Cross Clinic, and the AROGI Rehabilitation Center, where she managed a wide range of clinical cases such as obesity, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, kidney disease, among others. Additionally, she worked in a dietetic office, gaining hands-on experience with everyday dietetic practice. Throughout her studies, she attended numerous seminars and training sessions on topics including diabetes mellitus, childhood obesity, sports nutrition, supplements, and more. After completing her basic studies, she specialized in Mediterranean Nutrition and Cardiovascular Disease Management at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as in Pediatric Nutrition. Currently, she is continuing her education in Clinical Nutrition through a postgraduate program at the University of Essex. She has attended and continues to attend numerous seminars and training courses to constantly learn and stay updated in the field of nutrition science. Her passion for the science of nutrition continues to grow, and her goal is to help an increasing number of people achieve their individual nutritional goals, discovering through this journey the wellness that a healthy and balanced diet offers.

Η Δανά Κρινιώ είναι Ειδικός Παιδίατρος με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στον Λαγκαδά. Αποφοίτησε από τη Σχολή Θετικών Επιστημών - Τμήμα Βιολογίας του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης, με εξειδίκευση στη Γενετική - Μοριακή Βιολογία, ενώ πραγματοποίησε μετεκπαίδευση στο Université Rennes 1 της Γαλλίας, εμβαθύνοντας σε εξειδικευμένα ιατρικά πεδία. Στη συνέχεια, απέκτησε το πτυχίο Ιατρικής από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων και αμέσως μετά την ολοκλήρωση των σπουδών της, υπηρέτησε την υποχρεωτική υπηρεσία υπαίθρου στο Περιφερειακό Ιατρείο Αρχαγγέλου, στο Κέντρο Υγείας Αριδαίας και στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Έδεσσας. Efthymiou Theodora, is a pediatrician and maintains a private practice located in Chalandri since 2006, while she is also collaborating with SOS DOCTORS as a fully active member. SOS DOCTORS is the first Greek organization of freelance medical specialists dedicated in providing home medical services in emergencies 24/7. They have carried out very important research work, which includes presentations at scientific conferences and publications in recognized international medical journals and their philosophy is that it is an obligation of every SOS doctor to be immediately at the patient’s side, any time any day. In September 1990, Mrs. Efthymiou entered the medical faculty of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and graduated in 1996 with honors and an overall grade “Excellent”. Η κυρία Καραλή Άινο Αμαρυλλίς ειναι Παιδίατρος και διατηρεί το ιδιωτικό της ιατρείο στη Νέα Ιωνία. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής Αθηνών του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Κατά τη διάρκεια των σπουδών της, είχε την ευκαιρία να εργαστεί ως εκπαιδευόμενος ιατρός στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο North Karelia Central Hospital της Φινλανδίας. Στις συνεργασίες της, επιθυμεί να δημιουργεί μια προσωπική σχέση που θα επιτρέπει την άμεση επικοινωνία για την επίλυση κάθε απορίας και προβλήματος. Στόχος είναι να βρεθούν τα εμπόδια, όπως το στρες, οι περιορισμοί της καθημερινότητας ώστε να δημιουργηθεί ένα εξατομικευμένο πλάνο Διατροφής και συμβουλών που θα γίνει ο "οδικός χάρτης" προς τον στόχο του. Έχει εξειδίκευση στην Ψυχολογία Διατροφής μέσω εκπαίδευσης και προσωπικής ενασχόλησης επειδή το θεωρεί πρωτεύον στην υιοθέτηση και τήρηση ενός νέου πρότυπου υγιεινών συνηθειών και στην παράλληλη διακοπή ανθυγιεινών προτύπων διατροφής. Αν ζητηθεί υπάρχουν έξτρα συνεδρίες και εργαλεία ώστε να επιτευχθεί και θεραπευτικό κομμάτι στην σχέση του ατόμου με το φαγητό και την ψυχολογία. My name is Maria Athanasopoulou and I hold a degree in Dietetics – Nutrition from the University of Crete. After many years of professional experience in the private sector, I decided to specialize by combining my knowledge of nutrition with my passion for children. I attended pediatric nutrition seminars and, seeking a more comprehensive education, I chose to pursue postgraduate studies in pediatric nutrition through the first accredited postgraduate program in Greece, offered by the University of Essex.

My philosophy as a nutritionist is to build strong and stable foundations in your relationship and your children's relationship with food. My primary goal is to provide guidance and education on new dietary habits to become a lifestyle, achieved through personalized and scientifically substantiated approaches.

Μrs E. Iliadou graduated from John Moores University of Liverpool with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and continued her postgraduate studies in Dietetics at the University of Liverpool leading to state registration in the UK. Mrs Iliadou has trained both in hospital and community settings as part of her course.She gained her working experience in several NHS hospitals across the UK in different areas such as:Women’s Hospital in Liverpool (working with gestational diabetic women)Harefield Hospital-one of the best hospitals specialized in heart conditions Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin (Scotland) nutritional support patients

She is a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders from National Centre of Eating Disorders.At present, Mrs Iliadou is leading the Nutrition department of the Mediterraneo hospital, a private Clinic situated in the South suburbs of Athens in the area of Glyfada She is in charge of the dietetic department where she is responsible for the management of patients who need nutritional support in the following units: gastro, dialysis, surgery, cardiology & cardiothoracic, bariatric and the ICU both of Greek and International origin.In addition to her working experience she attended the postgraduate diploma ‘Sports Nutrition’ from the International Olympic Committee. Giannopoulou Aggeliki MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Petroupoli. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens and a master's degree from the same university in "Nutrition and Exercise." Since 2009, she has been a Scientific Collaborator with Harokopio University and the Medical School of Athens, participating primarily in European research programs focused on health promotion in the field of nutrition and community interventions. Additionally, since 2009, she provides dietetic services, and since June 2016, she has operated her personal dietetic office in Petroupoli, Attica. Her dietetic practice offers nutrition services tailored to individual needs, aiming to improve health and quality of life. Makaratzi Viky is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and operates her private practice in Korydallos. She has worked in dietetic offices as a lead Dietitian and has attended numerous postgraduate seminars and conferences. Her philosophy is summarized as follows: "Our body is our home, and only we can take care of it, providing it with energy, mood, psychology, and health. All of this is achieved through a balanced diet. The number of kilograms is not important, but the weight that makes each individual feel comfortable with themselves. I am a companion on this journey to help each of you reach the best version of yourself."

Iordanidou Katerina is a Pediatrician in Thessaloniki. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Thessaly and obtained her Pediatric specialization title in September 2019 following examinations. She began her specialty in the Pediatric Clinic of the General Hospital of Kavala and subsequently moved to the United Kingdom. She initially trained in the Neonatal Unit at Barnet Hospital in London and later at Evelina London Children’s Hospital, where she acquired extensive experience in general pediatrics, pediatric cardiology, and the emergency department. She received further training in pediatric endocrinology at the Royal London Hospital, working as a Senior Endocrine Fellow. She also worked as a Senior Registrar at Barnet Hospital and Royal Free Hospital, covering the Pediatric Department and the Neonatal Unit. Since 2013, she has been a certified ERC instructor in Neonatal Life Support (NLS Instructor). Since January 2023, she has maintained a private practice with modern equipment in the center of Thessaloniki, in a space designed to meet the needs of both children and mothers, including a breastfeeding area. With responsibility and scientific expertise, she undertakes the care of children from the neonatal period through adolescence.

Roussaki Eirini is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Ilioupoli. She studied at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialized in Pediatrics at the Pediatric Clinic of the General Hospital of Nikaia Piraeus. During her specialization, she spent 2 years in the Neonatal Unit. She has extensive clinical experience, having served as a Pediatrician in the Primary Health Care sector of IKA in Ilioupoli for 17 years. She participated in the pediatric dermatology clinic for emergency dermatological cases at the 1st University Pediatric Clinic for three years and actively supported the pediatric department of MKEI (Hellenic). Noteworthy is her voluntary contribution through the Aegean Team to the residents of remote islands for over a decade. Finally, she has regularly participated in Greek and international pediatric conferences and has attended numerous seminars related to family counseling and pediatric psychology.
