Πολύ καλός στην δουλειά του και πολύ καλός άνθρωπος! Ενώ έχω δύσκολο πρόγραμμα στη δουλειά, με πολλεσ ώρες και όχι στάνταρ ωράριο, μπόρεσε και το προσάρμοσε όπως ακριβώς θα με βόλευε.

Άψογος επαγγελματίας !Έχοντας πάει και σε άλλους διατροφολόγους ,ο Ακρίτας μου έδωσε μια διατροφή εύκολη να την ακολουθήσω, χωρίς να πεινάω, χωρίς στερήσεις ,τρώγοντας τις σωστές ποσότητες σε φαγητά που μου αρέσουν με αποτέλεσμα να αρχίσει να λειτουργεί ο μεταβολισμός μου ενώ βρίσκομαι σε εμμηνόπαυση και ορμονοθεραπεια.Ειναι πρόθυμος να σε ακούσει και να προσαρμόσει την διατροφή σύμφωνα με τις δικές σου ανάγκες και προτιμήσεις.Τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!
