Επικοινωνία κατά το ραντεβού εξαιρετική, άμεσα σε κάνει να νιώθεις άνετα και ο χώρος του ιατρείου είναι καθαρός, μοντέρνος και άνετος. Το μόνο σημείο βελτιώσης που έχω να προτείνω είναι να γίνεται μια πιο αναλυτική επεξήγηση των αποτελεσμάτων των εξετάσεων γιατί εκεί πραγματικά χρειάζεσαι τις γνώσεις του γιατρού και όχι απλά τη σελίδα με τα αποτελέσματα.

Πάντα στέλνονται τα αποτελέσματα των εξετάσεων που πραγματοποιήθηκαν στο ιατρείο με επεξήγηση απλή και σαφή. Το ίδιο έγινε και με τα δικά σας αποτελέσματα. Και όχι μόνο, λαβατε σαφή επεξήγηση και απάντηση για αποτελέσματα εξετάσεων που κάνατε σε διαγνωστικό κέντρο και στείλατε μέσω μέιλ, πράγμα που δεν είναι δεδομένο ή υποχρεωτικό για κανέναν γιατρό. Εάν παρόλα αυτά δεν σας είναι κατανοητές οι απαντήσεις, μπορείτε να προγραμματίσετε ένα ραντεβού στο ιατρείο και να θέσετε τις απορίες σας. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για την κριτική σας.

Ήταν η πρώτη μου επίσκεψη στο ιατρείο και η εντύπωση ήταν πάρα πολύ θετική. Η γιατρός είναι πολύ φιλική και βοηθητική, έχει μια ωραία ενέργεια κι αύρα που σε κάνει να νιώσεις άνετα αμέσως, είναι ανθρώπινη κι ακούει προσεκτικά όσα της λες. Ήταν επαγγελματίας και έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημενη.
