Αντικείμενο της διδακτορικής διατριβής της αποτελεί η πρόληψη και η αντιμετώπιση των τραχηλικών ενδοεπιθηλιακών αλλοιώσεων καθώς και του καρκίνου του τραχήλου της μήτρας. Έχει μετεκπαιδευτεί στην διεθνούς φήμης κλινική Ελάχιστα Επεμβατικής και Λαπαροσκοπικής Χειρουργικής του Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, NHS, του Λονδίνου στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο. Αποτελεί ενεργό μέλος του Ιατρικού Συλλόγου του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου. Διαθέτει κατάρτιση και έχει ερευνητική δράση, η οποία αποτυπώνεται στις ακαδημαϊκές δημοσιεύσεις σε εγχώρια και διεθνή συνέδρια. Η ιατρός ενημερώνεται διαρκώς με τα νεότερα επιστημονικά δεδομένα της Μαιευτικής και της Γυναικολογίας συμμετέχοντας σε συνέδρια και σεμινάρια στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό. Η ιατρός είναι συνεργάτης των κλινικών: Ιατρικό Διαβαλκανικό Θεσσαλονίκης, Euromedica Γενική κλινική Θεσσαλονίκης, Γένεσις και Βιοκλινική Θεσσαλονίκης.
