Είναι ενημερωμένη στις νέες εξελίξεις της διατροφολόγιας. Οι συμβουλές της δεν περιοριζονται σε ένα ξερό διατροφικό πλάνο. Είναι αναλυτική εμβαθύνει και δίνει σημασία σε λεπτομέρειες. Το πρόβλημα μου είναι συγκεκριμένο και εχει τις επιστημονικες γνώσεις να μεβοηθησει.
